Lack of customer service. I walked around aimlessly for 15 minutes and had to ask multiple times for help. I was then told to go home and look online. I literally came to buy a dress today…no thanks. I’ll just take my business somewhere else.

We live 30ish minutes from a competitor Formal store. But we choose to drive two hours to McKenzie Jade’s . It’s so worth it!!!! The owners and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel like you are just as important to them as if you are family. The first time we went, McKenzie Jade herself told us to come in before the store opened to try on dresses. We were there with teen Miss North Carolina at the time. It was a wonderful experience.We were shopping again last week and experienced the same wonderful treatment. Even Mama Jade (Tracey) herself stepped in to help us find the perfect pageant dress. I can’t remember the sweet girls name who helped us. We probably tried on 10 dresses, And she was very patient and understanding. She even picked out the dress we ended up buying. Thank you, McKenzie Jade’s. We will continue to drive two hours because it’s worth it!!!

I walked in pretty much hopeless that I’ll find a gown I liked for my national pageant due to a very bad custom I had done at another store. I walked in and I worked with Kendall and even McKenzie came over along with Tracy and others to help. I was able to find actually multiple dresses that I liked and Loved. I loved the attention of a private room and felt amazing. Also prices are perfect! If you’re looking for your dream dress go here! Also stayed later to help me !!!!! 100% recommend

The best experience ever shopping for a prom dress by far. Brylee, Tobi, and Jacqueline were so incredibly kind and helpful and determined to help me find the perfect dress and accessories for me. Not only did I find the prettiest dress, but I also met the sweetest girls in the process!

Give Genesis aka "Gen" a raise! She is amazing!! I have been on the search for a wedding dress and was determined to find something while my mom was in town for the holidays. McKenzie Jade's just happened to be my last stop - ironically it was supposed to be my first but I came down with the flu and had to reschedule my bridal appointment. I had found a couple I liked at other stores, but felt like I was settling. I walked in tonight and was greeted by really friendly faces who were super welcoming. Gen introduced herself and off we went. She was super encouraging and wonderful throughout the entire process. I left with a beautiful dress and veil and I'm so thankful to Gen for her help and guidance and PATIENCE. Thank you for everything tonight, I'm so excited for my dress and can't wait to see it on me again!!! Ya'll are the BEST!!

AMAZING! If you go, ask for Genesis. She was the sweetest and most helpful salesperson. She helped me find my dream wedding gown and was so encouraging and informative throughout the entire process. She didn’t push me to do one dress over another but pointed out all the best features on each one to give me tips on what to look for when deciding. 10/10!

Truly can’t say enough good things about my experience here, mostly due to the wonderful staff! Savannah was an absolute delight and was so helpful and patient while working with my non-traditional bridal vision. They have a huge selection and beautiful shop. I found my dream dress and can’t wait to wear it, I would absolutely recommend McKenzie Jade’s, ESPECIALLY the amazing Savannah!

I’m a huge fan of McKenzie and have been following her for the longest time! I first visited McKenzie Jade’s back in 2019 when I was in need of a dress for a state pageant. McKenzie helped me find the perfect dress (she actually picked out the one I ended up purchasing!) and was an absolute dream to work with. I kept returning to McKenzie Jade’s for all of my pageant needs and eventually returned to search for the perfect wedding dress. You truly couldn’t ask for a better group of staff members to make you feel so welcomed and confident. They have dresses in a variety of styles and sizes and dresses that fall in line with all budgets!

My experience at MJs was AMAZING! Gen was the absolute sweetest and best. She truly made my second experience at wedding dress shopping, so much better than my first. She paid attention to my likes and dislikes and helped me find my dream dress. I hate dress shopping but I actually enjoyed this and felt gorgeous! I can’t wait to go back for my bridesmaid dresses!

Loved the experience here getting my wedding dress! The special room with the mirrors and seating for friends and family was awesome! We loved the charcuterie board and mimosas! This place is a bit out dated building wise but everything else is really nice. They don't keep their floor samples in bags but have a decent amount of dresses and a clearance section. I was able to buy the floor sample of my dress which gave me a discount! These folks will get you into something nice! Savanah was very helpful and super sweet! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely love the environment at McKenzie Jades. You simply won’t find better. The owner Kenzie is amazing at equipping her staff to have them on deck to ensure you feel confident and beautiful when you’re leaving her store, whether it is as a bride, pageant queen, a prom girlie or boutique event! I have gotten numerous peaces from here for multiple different occasions and adore each and every one of them. This is my go to stop for pageant, boutique, and all of my prom dresses. If you have a chance SHOP MCKENZIE JADES!
