Talk about a stress-free mattress buy...... THIS IS IT ! My salesperson Liz, is a cut above. First, she listened before starting to make any recommendations. Therefore, because she'd listened and heard, she was able to narrow down my options before showing me anything. She willingly showcased products in 4 price points and then did something that is SO rare in this industry: she left me alone to test of my own and TO THINK. Once a decision was made, she provided no-nonsense pricing, a seamless paperwork process, a surprisingly realistic/reasonable delivery date - and did all of this in a calm, low-key manner. I appreciated her and the overall store vibe (low-key, stress-free). I don't expect anything short of excellence from here on in. I recommend simplifying your life where this purchase is concerned. Cut out a laundry list of places to go and a wasted time with exhausting sales pitches. Go here and rest well !

Liz & Bob were very helpful and communicative when shopping for a mattress recently at Mattress Warehouse.
I shopped around but then came back in and purchased a mattress and box spring from them. If you are shopping for a really good mattress I would highly recommend this location in Concord NC

Had an absolutely amazing customer experience at the Concord store(524 Kannapolis Parkway)on July 4th. I went with my son who was looking for a king-sized mattress. After visiting several other mattress stores earlier in the day, we were beginning to get tired of the pushy, high pressure sales "pitches". We walked in and very soon were greeted by Liz. She could not have been any nicer or friendlier. Cory(apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was also working and was extremely cordial as well but she was tied up with another customer in the beginning. Liz was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and after asking my son about his likes/dislikes,sleep patterns, etc., she proceeded to put him through the "bed match" demonstration. After gathering this information, Liz immediately began showing him specific mattresses that were to his liking. At no time did she try and price him out of his budget with scare tactics or anything else. He eventually found his favorite after trying out close to a dozen. I cannot remember having a better shopping experience with a staff member who possessed such a great personality, sense of humor, patience, and intelligence. I don't know how long Liz has worked at Mattress Warehouse or what her exact title is but I do know she is an incredibly valuable asset to the company. Thank you Liz for taking care of my son the way you did. It was indeed our pleasure to work with you.
