To me the prices at that other store were extremely outrageous, so I suggested that we go to Mattress Firm which is located in the same vicinity. We walked into Mattress Firm Concord and Shannon T. met us at the door and was the ABSOLUTE BEST salesperson we have encountered in a very long time any where! She gave outstanding customer service! She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, kind, and courteous. She felt like family by the time we left! A pure pleasure to work with. The store has a large collection of merchandise and they have options for what you can afford (your price range)! They also have the best deals and sales!
