My experience was superb with Richard the owner / Jeweler. He refurbished and enlarged my grandmothers engagement ring and enlarged my own wedding band . The improvement was stunning. They didn't looked this good 28 yrs ago! He also repaired a delicate necklace and added a bead to it. He is patient and talented beyond expectations.

Yesterday morning, my 7yo broke her new necklace. It was from their grandparents, so we wanted to fix it. Fixing it was outside our tool kits or wheelhouse. I called MacP and they said it'd be doable. I stopped by and Richard (the jeweler) gave me a reasonable ball park cost, and said it'd be ready next week. I got a call from the sales associate, Amanda, today saying it was ready. Much faster than original estimate. Also, the repair cost 2/3 of the original estimated cost. I can't even find where the break was! So glad to have these folks in town and my kid is glad to have their necklace back.

The team at MacPherson’s is awesome! Not only did they find the perfect engagement ring, they also took a stone My wife and I found in the mountains and turned it into the perfect wedding day gift! Awesome work and great team!!!

MacPherson's done an absolute amazing restore on my wifes wedding ring, honestly looked better than the day I purposed! Ring was a family heirloom that didnt want to just trust to anyone and they did a phenomenal job! Great customer service and quick turn around time, highly recommend!

Always the best customer service as soon as you walk in. I've been in a few times not knowing exactly what I wanted but with the help of the staff my ideas were brought to life! I was beyond amazed how they were able to create pieces custom to my ideas and they are more beautiful than I could have imagined!

My daughter picked a ring for me from another store and the stone fell out. I brought it in to MacPherson’s and he was able to replace the stone with my dream pearl! I’m so excited and my ring is even more beautiful than before! I highly recommend!
