I bought several products from this store, and I went to return a toilet seat and a light bulb and the cashiers refused to help me make the return, they spoke rudely to me, they returned only the light bulbs of the toilet seat and I showed them that It is completely sealed and they still didn't give me a refund, the cashier's name is Santana & Tifanny and there was another one whose name I don't remember. It's too bad that this large store has such unqualified staff, they give BAD customer service. I won't buy from that store again. They deserve 0 stars for being rude and unfriendly!

This is not the closest Lowe’s to my house , the Bruton Smith Lowe’s is. That being said I pick this Lowe’s every time due to one thing. CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recently needed some paint in a Holiday weekend of all times, went in and they were super busy, had to wait a bit, but it was worth it. I won’t give details, but I will say the store manager had to mix my paint and was extremely thoughtful and courteous, the entire staff ALWAYS had a smile and make you feel like they are there just for you. So that said Lorenzo, you have made that store an excellent customer service retail store, make your customers feel appreciated. Hats off to you and your staff and I appreciate the assistance you gave. You should be proud of the work you’ve done. Hats off to you and your professional and enthusiastic staff. Well Done!

How about honoring your shelf prices. Shopped at lowes before, customer service is lacking. Swore I would never go back. Gave you another chance.. what a mistake. Nobody offered to remedy the problem. Need new policies on honoring prices for what is on the shelf. Paid 8.00 more than needed because nobody else had it. Otherwise would have walked.....

If you need FLOORING, you won't find a better location than the Concord store on 29... but you have to ask for Tori Spears. She is amazing. We've purchased bamboo flooring in 2023... she worked really hard to locate enough quantity of the floor we wanted. She called area reps from the manufaturer and other stores until she found enough for our project. A few months ago we went and ordered TILE for our master bath. Tori wasn't there but we felt so good we ordered it anyway. There were challenges and delays and we got frustrated. I went to the store and spoke with Tori. She spent a few days getting everything right, called us frequently with updates, and then followed up after delivery to make sure we got everything we wanted. A few days ago, I went back to get more grout. She saw me and asked if everything was ok... she remembered us, and worked to address our needs. Tori makes us feel like valued customers instead of just a sale. My wife and I often think we would be boycotting Lowes if it weren't for Tori - but instead we're loyal customers! I even buy things from other departments in hopes I find another Tori like employee. Please keep her happy so she's always there for us!

I came in to get supplies to change out an outdoor light fixture. Amari was very helpful and kind. I was basically clueless as to where what I needed was. When I turned away from the customer service desk where they had given me the aisle number, Amari asked if I needed help. He then walked me over to the aisle and helped me pick out something that would suit my needs well. Kudos to Amari. And to Lowe’s for having in stock what I needed.
