It's OK.Did not have N- gage in anything worthwhile for me to make a viable selection. Some of the sizes larger for sure were represented. I'll have to go online or attend a few swap meets.Story was immaculate, & staff was very friendly. I'll still stop in when I'm in the neighborhood.

It feels old and musty and the prices are kind of silly in the age of Amazon shopping. Staff varies from wonderful to eyebrow-raisingly rude. Kid loves the automated displays though, so we'll keep window shopping.

This review is for the store in the Concord Mall, it seems like some other reviews are for the factory store. My son is obsessed with trains, so I was excited to stop in here. He's only four, so he is not ready for Lionel trains yet, but it was still fun to browse around. They had a ton of different options and some fun showcases. Right now they were displaying their light up holiday tracks, which were super fun. This store has a huge selection of Nascar cars as well, makes sense based on the store's proximity to the Speedway. I ended up getting me son small railway signs for his wooden tracks at home. I would have loved to see more accessories for purchase that didn't require a Lionel train. But, I also get that, it's not the purpose of the store. Employees were friendly and happy to help if you needed it!

It's neat, but come on. The prices are about 10x above a reasonable markup. This stuff isn't made of gold. Typical corporate greed.

It’s a shame that nascar has granted an exclusive diecast license to this company. They make a terrible quality product and rip off their customers on a regular basis. I own about $3000 worth of their diecast that is now worthless because the decals begin to peel and crack after a few years. If you talk about it on their forum or social media sites, they block/ban you. They don’t want what few customers they have left finding out about these issues. Don’t ever waste your hard earned money buying this garbage like I did. They won’t stand behind their product.

It's a very good place to see model trains in Action however I wouldn't recommend purchasing any trains here unless you get one off the refurbished table. Staff here are fairly friendly but they are honest enough to know that you probably will find better deals on, as well as take your Lionel trains for any repairs and instead recommending you go to the little choo choo shop in Spencer. Good set-up for little children to have a blast though
