I paid Liberty Tax to do my taxes in the middle of April. I never recied my state refund- or any correspondence from the federal.government- or liberty tax. After 2 months I went back and spoke with someone who stated that my taxes were never submitted because I needed to sign something. I did and they were supposedly submitted and this was the end of May. It is now the.middle of.July and nothing. No updates no mail and still no refund. I can't reach anyone at that office!

Update: Highly upset that I can never access this company when I need to, especially when my taxes are showing I owe when I initially did not. SMH.
Although the sign says open... they are not on Wed. Wish I knew this prior to driving from Charlotte!

Alex assisted me in completing my taxes. He was so patient, very knowledgeable in his field, thorough, friendly. He was able to answer all my questions and explained every thing and what was required in my state. He got me started at my scheduled time and out at a decent time. I like Liberty tax, I use them to do my taxes since 2008 and will be returning next year. I will be referring him to my friends and family members. Thanks Alex.
