Service was outstanding, the representative took care of everything in a timely fashion, listed to my needs and was very friendly during the whole process. I am older and use a walker, glass frames were brought to me so that I would not have to walk that far and was able to concentrate on what I was doing and needed. I would give higher rating if were possible.Very, very pleased ?

Alan was so helpful and patient with me. I changed my mind a million times and I appreciate his understanding. Lucia has helped me so much she has a great eye and listens, I have a hard time picking out frames it’s very frustrating and to be honest I don’t really like help no one really finds me frames I’m interested in from past experiences I’m used to spending hours trying on so many and feeling frustrated. She came up right away to help, I showed her an old pair and literally every choice if not the first choice she brings me hits the head on the nail perfectly I wasn’t planning on buying a new pair I just wanted to swap old lenses but the pair she picked out was so perfect I couldn’t say no !! Can’t wait to get it I appreciate you both Alan and Lucia were excellent!

Ordered a pair of eyeglasses on 2/6/24. 1. The frames were lost. 2. My prescription was not correct. 3. The axis was off (if I recall correctly). Eyeglasses were not delivered until 3/18. The turnaround time LensCrafters states is - 7 - 10 days. I requested a credit for the inconvenience. Gary & Laura in Regional Office did not think a long time customer (my family no included) rightly earned a credit more than $100 for the delayed delivery, 42 days. Wow. This is the last year my family orders from LensCrafters.

I've had a lot of bad experiences at low budget frames places that accept my insurance. They act as if they are doing me a favor as if they're aren't other places where I can spend my hard earned money. Today I purchased frames for myself and my son with Jenny. I went to this LensCrafters because I had a great experience with Lucia who assisted us when my daughter purchased her frames in August. I can't express how much appreciated all of the staff at LensCrafters Concord Mills today. Thank you for your care and attention. To the store manager Alan, it's seems you have a great team, please don't change a thing. ? unless it's raises in pay ?

Kim and Michael were some of the most helpful people we have ever experienced at the Concord Mills LensCrafters.Michael stepped in to help my wife pick her sunglass frames while I was getting fitted for my glasses. Brave man.Kim shared her insights on how the prorgressive lens with sunglasses might fit better if primarily used for driving.I have to say WOW and KUDOS to both Kim and Michael, who knew getting glasses could be enjoyable.

Watch out for price increase! I asked for the same lenses I got at a different lenscrafters last year. I was told it was the same lenses, but somehow the price was $200 more. When I asked about the price increase I was told by the customer sales associate that prices were just higher this year. I asked for a breakdown turns out they added a warranty without my consent. When I looked at the breakdown from my vision insurance they also added tier 3 for the anti-reflective instead of the tier 2 that I had last year. I ended up paying more out of pocket for changes that I never wanted. Will not be coming back!
