I sold my home in Concord after my wife passed. I wanted to downsize and had heard great things about Legacy. Jessica Vesta worked with me from beginning to move in everything went smoothly. Everything‘s automated. They even allow an option to get out after six months, which is exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Legacy… UPDATE… ONLY GET A 3rd floor apartment.. these buildings weren’t built properly..floors and walls are paper thin..The neighbors above me, have children and stomp around from 5:30 in the morning till 2:30 the morning most days… I haven’t got any sleep since I moved here and I’ll be moving out as soon as I find a home, breaking my lease and having to pay thousands of dollars because of it… It’s left up to me to call an offsite security patrol …nothing being done at $1,400+ a month is crazy

Thank you so much Jessica for a very smooth move in process from start to finish. I appreciate you so much you were very helpful and professional. Prior to deciding on this community I did visit a few times, it's a very peaceful place, nice community, and friendly staff. I am so excited and happy I selected this community. If you looking for a new home this is the place!

My cousin has been living at these apartments for about a year, and she loves them. She hasn't had any issues as of yet, and everything goes smoothly with her. Other residents are respectful, and there are no issues or fights with anyone that she knows off. I cam for the first time on a Saturday to enjoy the pool. The pool is located right in the middle of the apartments and behind the clubhouse. It's super easy to locate. It's a big pool and kind of reminded me of a lazy river. Has a section for small kids to be able to stand up and play in. Different little spots for you to go explore and venture in. It wasn't crowded and had plenty of room to swim in the pool. They have 2 grill areas and tvs around the area. They have corn hole to play at and a little grassy area. Bathrooms are super clean and easy to locate within the pool area. Def will be back. Loved the ambiance.

I moved here in June 2019. I really loved it. Very clean and quiet place. There were times when I was late with paying rent only due to the mental illness of my spouse. So I at those times I always paid my late fees. Come this year 2024 I was late, but it was only within the middle of February and I notified the main office. We went down to pay the rent and they refused to take it and said they were filing court papers for eviction. I was surely surprised…..wow it was only the middle of the month. Well anyway I appealed it thinking I could fight it. Nope…the judge didn’t listen to me nor their lawyer or Office Manager or Assistant Manager. I explained that my husband had 4th stage Parkinson’s and I was having difficulty. No empathy. The only thing they did was to give me two months to move and not renew our lease. The office staff changed around three times since I’ve been here. Young girls who didn’t have office etiquette on how to talk to people. Very rude. By saying that they had the upper hand by getting rid of me. There were rules for some and not others. Their maintenance staff was awesome. Whenever I needed service they were right there. The office staff is the worstt. So if you ever move into Legacy Concord please never go into the office for you may not like what you hear. But in all I give blessings to the office staff and pray nothing but good and that they ask God for forgiveness of putting two senior citizens out and one with a serious ill out on the street. I WARN YOU PLEASE BE CAREFUL

The apartments are nice, the amenities are ok, but if you want to break your lease at all, do not come here because they do not allow you to.
Do not be fooled- ask them to see the "options" if needing to break a lease- it basically screws you into paying the entire time anyway.

I am currently searching for a new home. I toured Legacy with Kaylee. First impression: The apartments are very nice and have wonderful amenities. The waterfall, pool, and gym area are really nice. However, Kaylee didn’t really sell the property for me. She handed me a paper and told me to look at the deposit details instead of going over everything with me. I felt like she was rushing. When entering the units, she was standoffish; she just stood in one spot and basically let me look on my own. I’ve been on several tours in my journey searching for a new home, and she was my least favorite. It just makes me wonder if I were to lease there, how my experience would be if I had an issue and had to deal with her. Potential residents should be treated equally. They should be more attentive in the future to avoid running people off.

Fine while you're renting, bad once you decide to leave. Myself and my roomate were tenants here for multiple years without any issue or complaint from the complex management. However one month after we had moved out I recieved an email stating they were keeping our security deposit and we owed them more on top of that to replace the carpeting. This even after ever the final inspection stated all flooring/carpeting/vinyl was in good condition. You won't hear much from management while you're here, but you'll likely be expected to take financial responsibility for anything they feel like renovating once you leave, even if you took good care of it.

We lived here for 3 years and I hate to say it but..Do not go here!! Although the communities are nice, you will get hit with hidden fees and be charged with nonexistent problems when you move out. We took care of our apartment and got our deposit taken away and charged due to carpet being “outdated” while in good condition. Sign at your own risk. If your carpets life is anywhere near it’s end of it’s “life expectancy” they will replace the carpet at their own discretion and charge you for it and say that they “did everything they could” while taking no attempt to see if it could or couldn’t be cleaned. Very very disappointed in this place that we called home for 3 years. Please do not go here.
