Car broke down about 5 miles from my house, paid cash in full for the tow from WHERE I BROKE DOWN to my house. A week or two later I get a letter about a $700 mechanics lien for “storage and repair” fees. At best gross negligence.

I'd leave 0 stars I could! It's 2am, 20°F outside and I lock my keys in my car, my mistake. I got in touch With my insurance provider and had them get a towing company that could unlock my car to come out and assist me. Immediately after the request was accepted and I received a phone number for the company I called them and the phone call last less than 2 minutes and I was just trying to confirm and make sure things were correctly in order. There was about a 22 sec pause from the dispatcher on the line, then she says "we just canceled that request online so you're insurance should be finding you another service provider." Bruh....they left me out to hang and freeze in this 2 AM 20° weather In these backwoods, they really canceled my order online like that while im on the phone with them.

LeBleus is a good towing company. The driver was especially easy to deal with seeing I had to move the car from the designated point to 2 others. I intend to use them all the time when I need them ?

Needing a tow truck at 2:00 am is a problem. Jeremy from LeBlues Towing & Recovery is the solution. I was stuck on the road with my Ram 2500 and a 32' cargo trailer hauling 13,000 lbs of weights and equipment for a powerlifting meet. Jeremy showed up drop my truck off at a mechanic and deliver the trailer in time to set-up the meet for 120 lifters and 400+ spectators. Worse people I ever meet they can even respond to hello everyone acted like they could not help or even try . They said they did not have change for 20$ made me work to the store . The worst tow trucking company! I waited for at least and hour and a half to get a flat tire changed and when the driver showed up he put the spare tire on and left, didn't event check to see if there was air in it or put any in it, so now I have another flat tire! And the dispatch working around 7pm on 9/18 was extremely rude.

My car had a flat tire. I was unable to remove one nut. The insurance company dispatched Lebleu’s. Zachery came out and assessed the tire. The bolt was broken. So it needed to be towed. Zachary waited with us until we received a response from the insurance company. He secured all nuts back on the tire and moved the vehicle out of the way of on-coming traffic, loading it up and transported the vehicle to my address.Zachery was very thorough! While removing the vehicle from the flatbed to my driveway, he ensured that the bottom of the front/back bumper never scrapped the concrete. He’s one of the best drivers I’ve seen in a while. Thanks Zachery!

Contacted through roadside assistance with my car insurance for a dead battery. Wesley came out 10 minutes early of the estimated time and let me know my battery wasn’t dead the wires just needed to be tightened, he tightened them for me. Great customer service!Service: Battery service
