Purchased a microdermabrasion facial by Amy. She is warm, friendly and personable. She is professional, explains everything, and doesn't mind answering questions. The service I received was nice and relaxing. I left with a smooth and glowing face. The spa is small and cozy with pretty decorations. I brought a friend and we both enjoyed our experience. Her prices are great and we will definitely be regulars.

SALON IS CLOSED! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. Didn't receive any news of this. I came to make an appointment and there was a sign left on the door Stating that the salon is no longer in business. I've been a client to this salon for a while. Having dealt with computer system breaking down, lights burned out for months, this so called "Lavish" salon has looked like run down for a while. My stylist has been amazing, but for the salon prices and this place looking like a dump I'm not surprised this place closed. The owner Samantha Murguia is extremely unprofessional, and looks like she just rolled out of bed a lot of the times I've seen her. I also have a Lavish gift card with $80 remaining. The last time I asked, I was told I wouldn't get a refund and could use it on product. And now this! Without any notice!Horrible business people. I will definitely be contacting the better business bureau if they don't refund me on my gift card. Well after a few phone calls I discover where my stylist went and I received phone numbers for a few other girls as well. I hope this helps anyone trying to contact their stylist. From I've heard the owner didn't give them their client lists UPDATE ! After many phone calls and searching, I finally was able to contact my Stylist. From my understanding they were not allowed to collect any client information. So they were unable to notify many of their clients of the sudden move. The owner would not give them contact information for any of their OWN clients. Can you believe that? That doesn't only hurt them, but hurts us as a client as well. I'm glad I won't have to deal with Lavish any longer. Ridiculous!! I was able to gather phone numbers for some of the lavish girls that have been there so I hope this helps anyone searching for their stylist. Nice looking place. Looks clean and uses good products. I went in for extensions and Melinda did an EXCELLENT job! I love it! She is very attentive and she knows what you want and need done. Grateful for the hair advice. She is quick but thorough. She blended my hair until I was happy with it even though it meant more of her time on another day. AMAZING person...goes over and beyond normal duties!

NO STARS if I could! I would not recommend this place; please STAY AWAY! I never write an review on anything and shows that this place is the WORST place to get your hair done. I use to come a long time ago and a girl did an excellent job but not anymore. I just wanted a simple cut and a color and it took hours with a junior stylist. I wanted a light brown and I got black; I wanted a simple cut to get rid of my dead ends and instead she copped my hair to my shoulders. I never thought I would let that happen to me; you seriously can't see what they are doing when they are in the back for your head and when I realized it was too late it was half way chopped off and she just finished the rest. I was in complete shock! When I left the chair I came crying to the front desk and the girl at the front desk was rude and just starred at me while I was crying and the junior stylist Carissa didn't even say sorry just walked away like that's what you wanted. No sorrys came, no comforting; really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Pretty much pay hundred bucks for something I did not want...like, oh well, not their fault and no refunds...who cares you're crying...pay up. THEY WOULDN'T LET ME LEAVE UNTIL I PAID. Seriously, what salon does this? They f'd up my hair and didn't care. TRIED TO CALL THE MANAGER AND SHE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. Will take time and money to fix what they have done. I will NEVER be going back here!

I love this place!!!!! Sam never fails to impress me. I was referred here about a year ago by my co workers and I'm glad I took their word. This is the only place I come to and plan to keep it that way. The moment you walk in you feel welcomed the entire staff is so sweet. Thanks for making my experience top notch each and every time I come in!! :D

I had been here in the past for Brazilian blowouts, and they were fine, as were the hair cuts, of so I thought. I recently got a haircut/style, which looked good, so long as the curls were in. A relatively new, young, stylist cut my hair (her name escapes me, but she was nice). Three days later, I got a Brazilian blowout in another salon. The new stylist was so shocked at how uneven my haircut was, that she called the other stylists to see the back of my head. Then she took photos and showed me! I also could not believe how bad my hair looked. When the hair is poker straight, after a Brazilian, you can see EVERYTHING - all flaws. The new stylist felt so bad for me that she gave me a free cut to fix the damage. I was upset that I had paid for such an awful haircut. I won't be returning to Lavish hair salon, sorry.

I like my hair short, Samantha always gets it right. I love coming here. Customer service is great and the is a good selection of hair products to buy. They also carry eminence skin care, which is an excellent skin product line, hard to find in store.

I love this place! It's the only one I go to for everything salon/spa. It's nice inside,but not so fancy that you're afraid to sit on the furniture & even more afraid of what it might cost you on the way out! :) I prefer it to some higher end super fancy salons nearby. I feel sincerely welcome here. I like the whole vibe of the place - music, smiling faces, good energy. The staff is friendly & accommodating. They mostly seem to do appointments but will take walk ins if someone qualified for that service is available. Lots of times, I can get a same day appt. Rarely have I ever had to wait, but it does happen now & then. But that's ok with me b/c I know that they are doing a good job on the client before me. That means the same will happen for me. I get my hair cut here. It is the only place that I trust. Brandy cuts my extremely long hair and puts long layers into it - beautifully! A good cut is worth the price to me! Oh, I even bought the Atlantis shampoo & conditioner; And I am amazed how soft & pretty my hair is (with one use)! It's a bit pricey, but I can see the difference of good quality products vs cheap drug store ones. I get waxed here too. Can anyone really like a brazilian wax? Try it. This is the best I've ever had. Ouch with a smile. Erica is fast, thorough, & fun to talk with (& about as ouchless as a wax can be.) The massage is my favorite. I've gone other places, but nothing comes close to what I get here. I like that Tamara will work with what is going on with your body and doesn't just methodically work her way around by the clock/ or by the number of rubs or whatever these other massage school graduates at other massage places are doing. Besides, Tamara has decades of experience. The lavish facial is a "baby myself" treat! As relaxing as a 2 hr massage in my opinion. This is not the normal facial. The products, the atmosphere, the bed, the facial massage and the arm & hand massage puts this one on the top of the best list. Try one! I also get my nails done here. I am always happy whether it's a mini-manicure or a lavish pedicure. I've had the gel mani done here to and was always happy. Berdy is genuinely kind and friendly. She has always done a good massage & is good with the paint. I hate that she has gotten some bad reviews lately...Some of us regulars know why, as unfortunate as it is that some visitors got caught at a time that she was very ill. Still, I am so happy that the doctors finally found out what was wrong & she is back in top form. :) So if you haven't been here, and you are reading reviews - I recommend it!
