I really loved the women who helped did my test. Her name was Jaclyn and she was so nice and helpful! All these ppl complaining on these reviews must have not had her cause she is the absolute sweetest!

employees working were not friendly, was told to wait for close to an hour to DROP OFF a specimen sample for them. not to get tests done. to hand them a bag. I ended up leaving as I had to go to work and the woman that came out said she was ONLY doing drug tests, left the other people waiting in the smalloffice with no answers.

Had a veterans blood draw appointment from QTC at this location. The receptionist was extremely rude and was sucking her teeth while talking to me. Then told me there is no Dr orders for the labs so couldn't get my labs for compensation and pension.she told me to call QTC and go find another LabCorp. Straight garbage.

I was here two days ago and truly had a very scary and could have been a very dangerous incident. I was there for blood work and I tend to feel faint when I get blood work so I communicated that to the student who was drawing my blood. I laid down on the table as that helps me at times. Well I feel a very strong stick that hurt and the next thing I know I'm feeling faint and hot. The student kept asking me if I was alright I said no she asked if I was on blood thinners and I said no. She said I was bleeding very badly. She said the needle fell out of my arm. I told my Dr and he said she wasn't holding the needle for that to have happened. I was told not to look at the floor because I was bleeding so bad. She called someone to help clean up the blood and no one really did mucht.o stop the bleeding from my arm. I believe she truly hit an artery in my arm. After they sat me up they still had to take more tubes of blood just for the blood work. I have not felt well for two days because of the blood I lost. No one ever even apologized for this incident. It could have turned into a really dangerous situation. I will never go to this location again

Carr(?) is the best phlebotomist I've ever had take blood from me! Usually, my veins are hard to find and I have an agonizing time while they take several jabs over multiple minutes. Not so with Carr - she had already drawn the blood and was done before I realized the needle had even gone in! Thanks guys!

The lady who serviced me was unprofessional on all levels. I’m very concerned. Lab Corp needs to do better, much better. I don’t feel safe getting my labs done here. This is a busy location and there are a lot of unhappy customers.

My appointment was at 12:30, checked in right before 12:30, I waited 30min to be called in. Went in and waited in the room for another 30 min and stil didn’t get my blood drawn.When I asked how much longer, they told me to get back in the room to wait or find another location.The two employees here were just talking, taking their time going in and out of their cars, making jokes during work hour.Very poor work ethic to say the least. They blamed on short staff. But the reason for the wait to be that long is because neither of them work.I feel all other negative reviews here, 100% accurate!I hope this review get to their management and some changes will be done.

I have a 915 appointment. It's 930. The two women who work here are sitting in the office chatting and not calling anyone back. They are not working and when I asked when I might be seen they told me to sit down and they would call me. When? When they are done talking about their personal items? Further one woman came out and called two people she had already seen. Very disorganized. Very slow. Very poorly run and managed. Update: my appointment was overlooked, even though I asked directly for help. 950. I had a 915 appointment. Totally incompetent.

This is the WORST place to come get Labs!!!’ It doesn’t matter whether you have an appointment or not! They are RUDE!!!’ No courtesy I have asked my doctors to never send me to this Location ever again!!!! Asked for the Cooperate office and I was ignored ????

Labcorp needs to have more staff at this location. The ladies are nice which is why I'm giving an extra star more than Labcorp deserves. I don't think anyone should have to wait for over an hour to have blood drawn. It makes the staff feel rushed and stresses out the customers. Labcorp please fix the understaff issues here.Edit: I did ask when I was next in line as I can come back later, but need to leave soon. I was informed that "everyone was waiting". So much for nice...the lady who stated this was extremely short and rude to me, so I am changing my review to one star due to her behavior and various rude comments made to me after the first one. I also noticed she was short in her comments to other customers who had questions or needed help.Final edit: The lady who drew my blood was wonderful - it took less than 3 minutes. However, after waiting for roughly an hour and 15 minutes to get to that point and being rudely dismissed in the process, I do stand by my review.

The people that work here are super nice and doing the best they can. The negative reviews I see are from people that are impatient and don't actually read instructions/policy. Then get upset when the workers don't bend the rules for them. Again the ladies I met during my visit were super nice and moving as fast as they can. There was a bit of a wait, but that is to be expected. It was a pleasant experience overall and I would definitely go back if I had to.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and BEYOND RUDE STAFF! I had a 2:15 appointment I checked in at 2:10 and also had my son who was a minor with me. The appointment confirmation page says you can take your child into the restroom. I had someone to look after him while I was going to the restroom however Kate decided to skip over me and close the door indicating she wasn’t going to service me. Then she comes back out and says her supervisor is coming to speak with me! Why? That’s unnecessary I’m on Time you all are late let me get my appointment over with. So here it is 3:20 still no appointment and the supervisor Kimberly Evans was just as rude and unaccommodating. At this point I refused to even let them collect any samples for me because with their bad energy I wouldn’t be surprised if they mishandled my sample intentionally. I am beyond angered at the service from this location!

Seems like this location is way too small and understaffed for the amount of volume it's getting. It's crowded and disorganized, and it's not the staff's fault. Why are there only three people working here with the phone ringing off the hook and the lobby packed out the door? The staff are working super speed and still can't keep up with the amount of people coming in. Monique, Candace and the receptionist whose name I didn't catch were all really sweet both times I came in, trying their best to get everyone taken care of. It's hard for them to really explain things to you and get you what you need when there's so much going on. They really need more people in here and a much larger space. And they should be getting paid a million dollars an hour.

I went in for a routine drug screen for my job a week ago. I checked in on time for my appointment but still waited for about 30 minutes to be seen. The test itself went smoothly. A few days later I got an email saying they needed to redo my test. I'm not sure why they needed to redo it, but oh well - things happen. So I made another appointment and arrived at the scheduled time. When I got there the lobby was full, with nowhere to sit or really even stand. I checked in online successfully and waited in my car for a text saying they were ready for me. I waited an hour and a half but never received a text; I finally left at closing time. I'm not sure where the disconnect happened, but I'm not thrilled about spending 25 percent of my work day driving to and waiting for an appointment that never happened. They seem to be understaffed and lacking the facility space for the volume of business that they do.
