I have been buying things from Kimbrell""s since 2006. They have qualify furniture at reasonable price. Customer service is always on pointe. I am very satisfied with Kimbrell"s and the friendly staff they have.

My husband and I have bought a bedroom set a few years ago which was about $3000. Then about 5 years ago we purchased a loveseat, a sofa and a chair that are all recliners. That set was around $4000 or so. Within 2-3 years the sofa recliner and quit working. Their repair guy came out and fixed the reclining feature. On one end of the sofa, for no reason the stitching came undone. The repair guy said he would order another cushion to replace the faulty cushion. I called the store a few days ago to find out the warranty expired after 3 years. I was told that their records indicated the repair person had come out and DID FIX TAKE CARE of the CUSHION and that I as a client WAS SATISFIED. THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. The repair person never contacted me nor did he ever do anything to fix the cushion where the stitching came apart. I absolutely don't appreciate someone who has totally lied about his service.
Now I have to find a person who can fix the reclining feature on the sofa again along with the reclining chair and the undone stitching.
I would never trust any Kimbell store nor would I recommend them to anyone. Why should a good client keep needing repairs on furniture that wasn't cheap.
Furniture stores like Kimbrells obviously doesn't care about good customers. Then there's Bassett that sells furniture that doesn't hold up after 3 years. Ashley is another store that doesn't have good reviews as their furniture also doesn't last very long.
HAVERTYS is an excellent store with furniture that stays in great shape for may years. THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.
