Went in for a estimate. The man was $400 more than everyone else around. I could tell he was a mason I said your a mason didn't ask me if I was? He went into a story about how much time it would take him and after he gave me a price he keep talking to me it sounded like the teacher on the peanuts with snoopy. Wa wa wa wa wa is all I heard after that. You have been warned just don't do it. There are other jewelry stores in the mall with great prices and I ended up with a custom piece and I'm very very happy with it. They were very professional and customer service oriented. I told the other guy what he said and he laughed and said yeah I get a lot of business because of him. Treasure Box will get my business in the mall fr now on. Just stay away!!!

I really would give this place 0 stars. I went in today because I searched someplace to have my forever bracelet put back on because I had to remove it for a procedure. The website said that they do this. I went in and the guy tells me they don’t do it , which is ok that’s all he had to say but continued to tell me people that have this done are morons. That was not necessary. This is a personal choice just like all the tattoos on his body was his choice. No I don’t have anything against tattoos I have them also. He needs to remove his page from popping up when it is researched for places to have this done. He just wanted to overcharge me to put a clasp on my bracelet.

My necklace clasp broke. He quoted me a price and the next day when I went to pick it up..it was cheaper than the price quoted. Good guy all around. Awesome service!

The gentleman who owns/runs this place is rude. His customer service skills really need polishing. He sounds like you are wasting his time if you call to ask questions. I wouldn’t take my business there. If he acts like this on the phone, why would Anyone want to spend their hard earned money there? I wouldn’t. I try not to give negative reviews to anyone. Unfortunately, I felt the need to based on the short experience I had when I called.

Please do not ever take your business to this place! The older bald man working in the store was extremely rude. I think he is the new owner but I'm not sure. My 85 year old father actually went to Newmans next door for a watch battery. They didn't have the battery he needed for his watch. So the very helpful and kind woman at Newmans took my dad next door to see if they had a battery available. That's when the bald man started yelling at the woman about how it was "illegal" to bring a watch into the store without the back on it! Never in my life have I ever heard of that! Neither has my dad or the lady from Newmans that was helping him. My dad was shocked and didn't know what to say. So the lady from Newmans walked him back to her store and put the back of the watch back on so he could go back over to the bald man to get the battery replaced. That is so ridiculous! The lady from Newmans apologize for this rude man that worked next door. She was just trying to help my dad! My dad, nor myself, will ever take our business to this store again! I wish I had been with him. This man would have gotten a piece of my mind. You don't treat people like that! Period!

I started going to Jewelry Mine in 2020. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Padgett and his staff. I purchased my first diamond here. Jimmy was amazing in his knowledge of the different types of cuts of the diamonds. They helped me select the right style for my self! They cleaned and polished my ring for me. I was treated like royalty. I am going to purchase my 2nd diamond ring there and as long as they are in business, I will patronize this business. They are honest and their integrity speaks volumes of their character.

I only put a star so I could write a review..I had a necklace for over twenty years my latch broke I’m pretty sure he swapped my chain and gave me cheaper gold It turned purple,It’s much lighter and cheaper gold..Can’t trust this place and I also paid two hundred dollars for the latch to be replaced..Customers beware they are not honest.

I took my MK watch in for battery and crystal replacement. I was called the next day and given a price of $180.00 for crystal replacement and $10 or $20 if lifetime battery. ? I declined the crystal replacement and just took the lifetime battery. I had my crystal exchanged for $10 and $16.50 labor charge elsewhere and it looks brand new...smh.I will notbe back even for batteries.
