Will never recommend! Needed prongs fixed in APRIL 2024, on an inherited ring of my Moms. Very high quality and very expensive! My first red flag went up when she said my ring was not worth the value I had appraised. That was rude. I needed a repair, not an Appraisal! Then, in the repair they CUT my prongs on ONE SIDE and I was not told, notified or advised. In JUNE 2024 I noticed my princess diamond was tilted and I was told by another (much better jeweler) that it would have fallen out. Tried to work with customer service, no satisfactory results. They didn’t even give an answer as to why I paid $160 for them to jeopardize the quality of a family ring! I had to pay $205 to repair what Jared’s failed to do. Spend the extra $ and go to Perry’s! Trust me, it’s worth the extra money or you may find yourself spending twice the amount for a repair to something so very special and treasured.

Words cannot describe the service and warmth that Jeff and Julie gave to me and my significant other. After experiencing bad in counters at other stores, they blew us away. Both helping and taking turns to find that one special ring. Jeff throwing curve ball and Julie give me every option possible to help create our very own special ring. 10000% will be coming back for everything we need. We did not feel pressured or guilty for asking for things or comments of other stores products. They took all of the stuff we have previously seen and never took any offense. I will always recommend them.

Jeff was fantastic as I brought my Levian rings in to have the the main diamond re tipped and my rings rhodium. He was super professional and answered all my questions patiently. I will be back to see Jeff.
