Consistent with the other reviews - the workers do not speak. There were 3 workers in the almost empty store and there was no attempt to acknowledge, ask to start a fitting room, nothing. They did speak to another customer, I’ll leave it up to you all to guess why. Once I saw that, I placed my items down and left. I will not spend my money where it’s not wanted nor respected.

Unfortunately, I went to this store today to buy a pair of pants and the saleswoman was extremely unprofessional, she passed me twice and didn't even look or speak to me, I was shocked by the poor service and lack of respect for customers, a huge, empty store and the rude saleswoman and unprofessional. The store needs to better train employees to provide good customer service.

I would never spend my money here. Walked in past by the same employee three times and she never spoke nor even acknowledged that I was in the store. I lingered to see if she would and she didn't. Do the minimum at least...smh

I buy tees here all the time on clearance. I have even bought friends here to find casual clothes. My wife sometimes finds dresses and sweaters here that she likes. Staff is cool.

Ally store manager was very very rude. Not helpful. I ask for if they carry black shorts and without looking she said no. After few minutes I found black shorts. She was standing right there, I showed her and she shrugged and she walked away.

Good deals and beautiful clothes. None of the staff was helping with the fitting rooms but were friendly at checkout.

Been doing military/student discount for years at jcrew at every location without much of a problem. Store manager had a problem with it and so did store director apparently. So not a big fan of this store location that has been honoring something than saying something different. He looked up my transaction history and saw I have been doing this for some time.
