Kate was absolutely fantastic! She had the truck I was interested in ready to go and answered every question I asked with expertise. The buying process was very fast and streamlined. This was not my first time with Hendrick Toyota. Though I have never had a bad experience , man oh man, did they knock it out of the park this time! Moises, who was my sales rep, was so helpful. I had many questions and a lot of nervousness, he quickly gave me peace of mind and took his time with every detail. I felt heard on what I was looking for in a vehicle (this was a birthday gift to myself) Moises did not cut corners and took his time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, he helped me find the perfect vehicle.
The time Moises invested in me as a customer, showed me that he is not just there to sale you a car but he truly cares about the people that he helps and encounters. Please seek him out if you are I search for a car!
Also a shout out to Kyle in finance. He explained everything to me so thoroughly and answered all my questions, even the ones I asked repeatedly. This guy has patience for sure and knows his stuff!
My experience was unforgettable and these guys are the reason I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. They represent Hendrick Toyota so well!

I want to give special recognition to Mr. Almasri Abdallah. In my last two visits to Toyota Hendrick Concord, Mr. Almarsi has been very professional and kind in the service he has provided me and I want to highlight his dedication in explaining to me in detail and with great patience the problems I have had with my vehicle, putting special care into Give me solutions according to my possibilities. Although we do not speak the same language, Mr. Almasri made an effort and concern to ensure that I understood everything that was happening with my vehicle. I am definitely very grateful to Mr. Almasri since on previous occasions with other Advisors the attention I have received has been very uncomfortable and unkind. In my future visits to Toyota Hendrick Concord I hope to have the attention of Mr. Almasri again and that the other advisors take an example of the attention, professionalism and dedication that Mr. Almasri provides to his clients
