My experience at the dealer was great! My lease was about to expire and I was shopping for my next car. Trayvon Brown and Maddie Davis made sure to help me with the specs on different models with Dodge and Jeep. I test drove multiple cars and they answered every question I had and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. The manager, Tom, has been great at coordinating models and making sure I got the car I wanted. Thanks for all your help! I'm enjoying my Jeep Compass !

1/4 Raul was very nice and great to work with. Todd M. was also great. Highly recommend working with these two guys!Update from above review1/25 The jeep we purchased on 1/4 left us stranded 26 hrs after purchase. I have to give a huge kudos and shout out to Todd M. for his patience, understanding, help and overall his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were kept updated and the service center stayed on track and it wasn't even his job to do it! He has been nothing but an angel by keeping us updated and making sure that when we picked up the jeep today that we were taken Care of and happy! There are no words to express my gratitude to him! Thank you Todd!

I traded in my Ford Edge for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and David was fantastic. He brought me around a car he thought I’d like as well as gave me a good deal on my trade. First class operation and highly recommended to other customers in the market for a Stellantis product.

I thought I would get to leave a review - just wanted to say Jeff in Service was an amazing human and helped me through the entire process. His quotes were honest and fair, I asked a lot of him, and he cared about doing the right thing the whole time. Great person to promote IMO.

After getting the runaround at a couple of other dealers while looking for an inexpensive car for my wife, we stopped into Hendrick. We were warmly greeted when we came in by Mike Gerlack who showed us a couple if options that fit our needs. We opted for a used Nissan and Mike and the team took great care of us! I think we were at the dealership for a total of about 90 minutes from start to finish. Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a dealership!

I can only say good words to Paul and Mike for stretching out their best effort to give us the best deal possible for a new 1500. They are so easy to deal with, and they did their business with full trust and respect to their customer. Although we did not push through with purchase (my brother in law backed out last minute due to his personal reasons), I would look forward myself doing business with them if I am in the market for new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership for their honesty and patience.

We had a GREAT experience with Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Concord. Manager, Tom Boyle, was helpful and accommodating and gave us a great deal trading our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We also dealt with Salesperson Trayvon Brown, who made the whole experience pleasurable. We would definitely deal with Hendricks again in the future and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Great experience working with Hendrick Jeep of Concord. From test drive to closing the deal Miguel our sales person, the sales manager and the finance manager worked with us to get the us into a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Understanding negotiation is part of every car buying experience, the team at Hendrick Jeep Dealership were able to answer all of our questions and ensured we understood our options while we negotiated terms. I have been looking for a month and thought I was going in another direction to buy. I am very pleased with my experience overall and look forward to many years in my new car. Highly recommend this dealership.

I was not a fan of the customer service in the service center. We pulled up to have our van inspected and not a single person acknowledged our presence. My husband then went inside to see if someone would come out and take a look at our van. He stood inside the service center and they were five people at the counter, including someone in a senior management role, and no one addressed him. A simple “we will be with you shortly, sir” was all we asked because we understand that everyone is busy, but we got nothing. I am deeply disappointed in their customer service. I expect it better, especially at such a well-known dealership. I really hope this was just a one-off and this is not how they treat their customers on a regular basis. I don’t want to believe this occurred because all of the persons working that we encountered were white and my husband and I were black. Maybe had we looked more important in their eyes, we would have had a better experience but either way the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Please do better.

I can’t even begin to say how absolutely amazing everyone was ( Todd, Tom, Tray) was in helping our family find a car! We got a 2023 jeep wagoneer, and the space we needed for our big family! They no questions ask or fuss worked with us on price points and what worked best to finance! The gave us great rebates and discounts without having to go back and forth. Just all around there to help! They were so accommodating to our 4 kids being with us and understand they could be a little extra. This was the 2nd vehicle we have bought from a Hendricks dealership and we will absolutely come straight on back to concord once again to buy another vehicle when due for an upgrade on our second car.Can’t express how much I recommend this team!

I went to just look for a used nice daily driver again after a 4 year work at home position. Tyler Grantham Had the vehicle waiting for me at the front as requested, very informative and was not pushy on a sale. He worked on the paperwork as we went to eat and I left with the good deal and a full take of gas without asking. Definitely recommend him on your next “going to look” trip to the dealership. We bought a brand new jeep wrangler hybrid with all the warranties and extras available. We took our car in for a tire rotation and oil change and discussed a wobble at high speed. It was never documented or looked at. I was told there were recalls on the vehicle and I would be hearing from them once they got the parts in.Over a month later the wobble makes it feel like the Jeep is going to fall apart under us. (Apparently a known problem referred to as a “death wobble”). I call fuming about the fact it wasn’t addressed while it was there and they never bothered to call me about the recalls and am told they never looked at it and haven’t ordered anything. Yeah… I obviously knew that and it’s why I am angry. I tell her I’m angry they aren’t providing any level of service and expect that to be a clue she should at least try and fix this issue. Instead of helping me, she just checks out, again dismissing me and treating me like I’m nothing, and starts helping someone else in the shop while I’m on the phone. I guess she just expected me to wait while she had her conversation. No request to hold. No apology for dropping the ball no offer to get us scheduled to come in. No give a da*n at all.I hang up. What’s the point. They are willing to sell to you but they don’t support the vehicle after, and don’t appreciate your business enough to do anything for you. I guess they have more important things to do.I hate that we chose this place to buy our car. I hate that we gave them a dime. There are the places to go where they might do better. It won’t take much to do better. Acknowledging you is a huge start. Find someplace else. This place is a joke.If I can help just one person avoid this trap, my review was worth it.

In Sales, I like to get to know my clients so that I can assist them in finding the right home for them. I am more of a soft sell. When it comes to being the buyer, I will avoid a pushy salesperson looking for a sale. I was so happy to have had the opportunity to work with Terez Porter. He listened to what I had to say, did not push and went above & beyond to ensure that I found the right car for my lifestyle and business. I highly recommend that you reach out to Mr. Porter when you are in the market for a new car. I enjoyed getting to know him, learning about his family and wishing him all the best.
