Diane is my hairdresser at Head 2 Toe. She is awesome!! I can explain how I want my hair and what I want done and that's what I get. Everyone that works there is extremely nice. If something comes up Diane will try to work you in. So glad my sister-in-law introduced me to this establishment!

They claim they are open until 9 PM. However? Upon my arrival at 7:30pm, the door is locked and there are 3 stylists sitting in chairs doing nothing. I rang the buzzer and got no one's attention.
So I knocked on the door. A lady finally came waddling over to the door, and mouthed the words "we are closed". I informed the lady the website stated they are open until 9PM, to which she replied through the locked door, "Not my problem. Now go away."
If you're going to list your hours online, adhere to them. Don't turn your lights down, and lock the door, only to come to the door when somebody knocks, looking and acting high as a kite.
Yes ma'am, I seen that powder residue in your nostrils. Also, your plastic surgeon SUCKS, and your hair looks a hot mess. Glad I didn't let anyone here work on my hair.

Went in for a color correction that I did to myself. Emily took charge and fixed my hair just right. She is knowledgeable and friendly. She takes the time to explain what she is doing to your hair and why. She listened to my concerns and had a solution that we both agreed too. Her vivids are out of this world if that is what you are looking for. The salon there also does massage, facials, and nails. I will definitely see Emily again and I urge you to do the same, just don’t take my spot!Service: Hairstyling
