I shop at this Harris teeter quite a bit. Last few times I've gone the store is absolutely freezing! Like the entire store is in the freezer section. Makes wanting to shop impossible. When I asked a manger about the heat I was told "corporate controls it we don't" so corporate wants their employees and customer to freeze while in store? Makes me not want to shop here anymore

I had to use the PNC atm at their store location, because I was in able to get cash back from self check out. Apparently only half of the self check outs allow cash back. So I Used the atm, asked it for $100. It gave me $60 and printed a receipt for 103.45. I was upset, asked for a manager, told her my issue. She told me pretty much.. they have been having many issues with this atm, she had even tried to have it removed. She told me there was nothing she would do to help me. She even told me to call the number on the atm. Well in my opinion, this store is making money, from the atm being in the location, so they are responsible. She should have in the least called the atm company for me. (When I did call, I had no help from them either and was told to call my bank and file a claim, and I have.. 10 days and I might get a refund) bottom line, do NOT use the atm at this location, or any pnc atm.

Harris Teeters located in Concord North Carolina, went to this store on 6/5/20 around 6:00pm parked in the parking lot area that is on the side of the building where parking is located, I come out the store, noticed 2 grocery carts 1 flipped on the ground, and the other 1 rammed into my got damn CAR....I called the cops and informed the manager, i was told in order to pull so call cameras a police report had to be filed. well guess what? a police report couldn't be filed because no cameras are on the side of the building where parking is, hmmmmm so it's easy for anyone to do anything to someone car and for thieves to steal and run out and jump into their car only if they park on the side of the building. I am pissed, and I will be filing a BBB complaint along with a consumer's complaint, because at the end of the day, my auto insurance will have to cover this, I will NEVER SHOP AT HARRIS TEETERS EVER AGAIN....SHITTY STORE...

Kellyanne is amazing ! She’s a new customer service manager. I called in about my cake from the bakery and she had it made so fast! The cake is so good. She really made my sons day. That store is always fully stocked, nice associates & clean. I love this Harris teeter location
