Excellent experience at the Hanesbrand store at Concord Mills Mall! Great selection and exceptional prices. Best was the friendly,, courteous, and helpful customer service offered by the staff. In particular, I want give a shoutout to Clarita who was so respectful and kind. I highly recommend Clarita to assist with your bra fitting and bra selection needs! Also want to give a shoutout to Lillianna, who is so knowledgeable about the products in stock and who was so sweet, ensuring I received all the discounts credits as she checked me out. Both these woman make my shopping trip a very pleasant experience. Thanks so much Clarita and Lillianna!!

I love going to hanes. The ladies are always so nice. One sticks out the most Ashley she is a joy to be around and always helps with my bra fits. Helps me find what I need. Thanks ladies

I come to hanes to buy my bras. Ashley is awesome. She is very patient and helped me find the correct bra size. I was happy with the service Ashley provided and I will be back to see her.

UPDATE: I had to go back for another exchange and I prayed intensely that I wouldn't see the same person, for fear of what I might say to her, but thank God I got Miranda, an associate I've worked with many times, she is always friendly and helpful. I found out that she is actually the store manager, so I shared everything about my previous two experiences and she wholeheartedly apologized. I was so appreciative and felt a lot better.
I've been shopping here on and off for a while. I stopped about a year ago when my last champion shirt formed a hole after the first wash. Anyway, I went back on 1/20 and noticed they have new staff, but not many people working that can help you. I returned on 1/22 to make a return, I met Smitha who couldn't do returns so she called to the back but no one came. So I went to look around to see if I wanted to do an exchange and came back, but she couldn't do that either because it wasn't an even exchange. So she called a very rude person who had to be called from the back of the store to help me. Obviously she was upset because she had to stop her conversation with another employee to help a customer. They were both back there chatting it up. This sorry excuse for a manager came up to the front and held her hand out without a greeting or anything. When I saw her disrespect for me, I let her know that I didn't want the exchange just a return. I said I won't spend my money where you can't even speak. Then, when I asked her name this girl walking around had the nerve to say "why". Eventually she said she was Ashley, but she made me want to show get down to her level and be unprofessional, but I know better. It's sad to see who these places hire when they're desperate for staff. I contacted the Hanes headquarters in Winston to tell them who's representing them here.

I absolutely love Hanes in Concord Mills Mall. There is a wonderful flow to the store set up and always a great selection of items. The staff is always amazing and very helpful. Maranda, Sabrine, Lillianna, and Ashley are always smiling and willing to help. I HATE bra shopping and they make that so much easier.

I came in because I needed bras. I went to VS and Aerie. Neither of them had my size. I walked into Hanes and I was greeted unlike the other two stores. Who I believe was the manger asked me if I needed help and she offered to size me. They had a new girl in training and she assisted. They both were a great help and I finally have bras that fit correctly.plus they were on SALE!!

The store is good, have good selection but the customer service is bad, this is the first time I have ever seen a rude lady in her name is Ashley. Looks like she did not know what she was doing and arguing with us.Hopefully the next visit is better.

Large range available in almost all sizes and enough cash registers staffed by friendly employees. That's how it should be

I do not remember the name of my clerk, but I do remember she's approximately the same height as my daughters, less than five feet. They say Dynamite comes in small packages, and she was Dynamite, on the ball, helpful, sweet, and made my shopping experience so much better than it typically is when I go bra shopping!

Do not shop here unless you want to feel like you're shopping with your mom; just shop online. I went to buy some things for the hubby and I and proceeded to have an over helpful worker follow me around and try to pick items for me while I made my choices. I felt so embarrassed as if I was 12 and buying underwear with my mother; I'm 30. I know what kind of underwear I want to buy. I did not get everything I needed because I just left after I grabbed a few things. I was just so uncomfortable with the whole process. Will not be returning and will buy the remainder of the things and any future items online from now on.

Got some personal items that I needed. Sales lady was very nice.
