Conveniently open on Sunday. Walked in needing a tire patched. Was told 90 mins & they were spot on with the timing. Scott was very nice at the front desk. Overall, good job & met expectations.

As the owner of a mobile mechanic business, I experienced an unfortunate tire blowout while en route to a repair job two hours away. I decided to stop at this location to have my new tire mounted on a rim that was already separated from the vehicle. After waiting for several minutes for the associate, Scott, to finish assisting a previous customer, I was subjected to an excessive delay while he completed paperwork before attending to me.
When Scott finally acknowledged my presence, I was unexpectedly required to verify my license plate number, despite the fact that no one would be interacting with my vehicle directly. After I personally walked to the window to verify the plate. When I turned around to relay the plate number, Scott chose to assist the customer behind me, causing me to wait yet again until he finished conducting business and filed more paperwork before addressing my request.
I hesitate to bring up the issue of racial discrimination, but I couldn’t help but notice a stark difference in the way customers of different ethnicities were treated. In today’s climate, I believe such disparities in customer service cannot and should not go unnoticed.
