Pulled up after trying for a week to squeeze in the time to stop by and get my wheels balanced (I work 6 10’s currently) just to get off early on a Saturday to pull up to a sign saying “closing at 5:30 today”. I tried to overpay for services I didn’t want done and even attempted to pay cash in hand to the person who performed service, to which I was told that everyone was “too tired”. Will never return to this location because of obviously lazy workers and I’m very glad I can do majority of the average things on my vehicle that don’t require heavy machinery/computers. If Goodyear is still being lazy when you go (god forbid) there’s express and valvoline within .2 miles of you if all you need is a oil change. There’s Firestone right across the street if anything more than a oil change is needed!

Superb service! After an astronomical quote from another mechanic on repairs that I needed, Goodyear was able to take a second look and charged me half the price and pointed out something that I didn’t even need fixed!. The work was completed on the same day and they found me a coupon to use as well. Derick and John were caring and supportive as I was very distressed about the repairs that were needed and the potential costs. I highly recommend Goodyear and have made them my official mechanic.

Today was one for the books: I booked an appointment for today 5.19.23 at 9:00am regarding my car. I booked a couple of the free services and explained the issue I was having which was a little shaking and one of my lights blinks on and off and walked out paying 149.80 just to tell me the issue was needing to replace my "spark plugs & ignition coils"2017 car.( diagnostic test). So I was Quoted $642 in which I declined because I wanted to get a second opinion. So while at the New shop they went to hook up my car and to my surprise they advised me that my reader had been wiped so they were unable to locate or read the error code. So the shop called Goodyear at 12 noon to get the codes and was advised that all of the technicians were gone for the day which mind you its Friday and the shop closes at 7pm. They looked at my car and the paperwork provided from Goodyear and found no issues with the spark plugs or coils so what did I pay almost 150 for.This is a prime example of why women find it very hard to trust car places with having support with them. I do have the paperwork in hand with all the details so feel free to reach out to me regarding this issue.UPDATE::::: 7/3/2023So here's an update regarding my review....I had been working with a customer service Representative from day one by the name of Gary who did a fantastic job helping to get my issue resolved. He responded to every emailI sent and even went out of his way to call me a few times. I did receive a replacement check today to no fault of Goodyear as the first one was lost. But in the end the company did fully resolve my issue.

ATTENTION LADIES This is the place to take your business if you want to leave happy. The store manager DERICK TURNER I so appreciate you, your professionalism and honesty. My issue was found to not exist. Instead of taking my money, Mr. Turner was honest and therefore my visit cost me zero dollars. Needless to say I was in travel mode. For this, I am committed to this location. I will drive from Charlotte and address ANY FURTHER NEEDS AT THIS CONCORD LOCATION. TY DERICK thank you.

I had an amazing experience at this Goodyear. I called prior to them closing, explained the issue with my tire and the gentleman working were able to quickly repair my tire and send me on my way!

I purposely called ahead and made an appointment. I showed up at my appointment time to find out they only had one person working and all of the bays were roped off with closed doors except one. He told me they could not service my car, so it was a wasted trip. I went across the street to Firestone and they were awesome!

I had to get a new battery and oil change.The customer service was great- I really couldn't complain, plus I was able to do a walk in and get it done within 2 hours.The four stars is because they charged $60 for labor cost to replacing the battery.In comparison to AutoZone where they do the battery change and testing for free.So if you want to save money on a battery change- go to AutoZone or elsewhere.
