Cocky, bigoted clerks and manager. No public service skills. Shame on them and the Concord Police for being unprofessional and dismissive. It took the elevated voice of a citizen to get them to somewhat pay attention. Remember, everyone deserves unbiased, fair and courteous treatment, I mean EVERYONE.

I stood in line 15 minutes while the cashier continuously talked to a customer she knew instead of her doing her job and waiting on customers so that she can get the other customers rang up and on their way. Then the oh so famous Angela (as she said, I’m on a flyer, I’m the best worker goodwill has, they won’t believe anything about me) came over and stuck her 2 cents as she called it, clapping her hands being rude telling the cashier to don’t pay me any attention, get that $50 gift card from goodwill. So since Angela thinks it’s okay for a customer to stand in line while the cashier is talking to her friend while on goodwill’s time, there is a problem. I wanted to be contact by the District Manager, so that I can show him the videos of his employees from start to finish. When I left out of the store, Angela, the other employee with dark hair, and the manager Anna (something with an A) were talking about me, and Angela said u know I put my 2 cents in it, (and another customer that was in store, recorded them and gave me the video outside of the store) The customer also told them to keep it cute because you never know whose listening when they stand around talking about people. I donate a lot of items to this store everyone. Thanks to these rude employees, I will never donate to goodwill again!

I like the place, but I had a bad experience with a bag I bought that she said was original and cost me a lot of money not to be. I asked them to refund my money and I don't want to because only the bags cannot be returned. I think that if things are not original, they should not sell them at a high price.

Employees were nice and it’s not their fault, but no dressing rooms? It’d be one thing if I could purchase clothes and then try at home and return if I don’t like the way it fits, but returns are store credit only. What am I supposed to do with a store credit? Buy more things that I don’t know if they fit or not? Nahhh. Add dressing rooms or offer full refunds.

Picked up a full set of decorative covered casserole dishes for ultra cheap, as well as a pair of shoes and clothes for my kid. Great prices, and you can get lucky what you find here.

The selection was decent enough, especially for Goodwill (for women's clothes)... However, only two stars because there are no fitting rooms at all. Not only that, but I just found out that you can only return for store credit/exchange (thanks to the other reviews). While I was there, I asked an employee if there were fitting rooms. He wasn't all that polite, in fact, he rather curtly said no. I asked so what happens with the items that don't fit. He said I could return them for refund with the receipt within 30 days. He never mentioned it would only be for exchanger store credit. This policy needs to be displayed throughout the store and not hidden on a receipt after you make a purchase which is useless information at that point. It is something everyone needs to know up front while shopping, not at the register nor after purchase. To be honest, the prices have gone up so much at Goodwill that I likely will rarely bother shopping here anymore. Anyways. There are better thrift stores who do a better job of contributing to the community that y'all should check out, like CVAN.
