I would never go here again. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I showed Kayla Fleming a picture of what I wanted and she completely ruined my hair! I have spent double the amount of money trying to get it fixed. I asked Kayla for my money back and she refused to because she said she offered to fix it herself. But how could I trust her to fix something that she had messed up so bad and then told me she was still learning how to do this type of color. I couldn't even wear my hair down because it looked so bad! I will post a picture above of what I asked for next to how it turned out.
