Stef was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and helped me figure out what all I need for a tile job. She helped me calculate the square footage of tiled I'd need and suggested options on how to install. Really appreciate her! Great customer service!

Floor and Decor in Concord, NC is 5 star!!! Derrick (manager) is awesome to work with! Bianca was also a great help!! And the design team is top notch!!!! While building our home we have had lots and lots of trips to floor and decor. From flooring, to backsplash for the kitchen, to tile for bathrooms, to showers..we’ve got the majority of our things from them. The staff is always so friendly, professional, and willing to help! We scheduled a meeting with the design team and they helped us pull together a back splash that looks so good with our granite for the kitchen! Check them out!

For our bathroom projects we chose Floor and Decor for tiles, supplies, etc., and also utilized their design services. Ms. Shannon Sharp was professional, knowledgable, and very informative. Her recommendations were what we chose. Should we need another tile project we will definitely seek her advice. We also had Ms. Jacqueline Arcia's design help. Like Ms. Sharp, she was very good and when we returned some of the unopened boxes of tiles, Ms. Arcia saw us and took care of the returns right away. Floor and Decor has a great team and superb selection of tiles and materials.

Mrs. Bianca, did an amazing job helping find the right floor and get it loaded to complete job after the wrong flooring was delivered to me. She was very knowledgeable friendly and walked me through the entire process from start to finish to loading. I will be asking for her by name from now on when I come here.

If you are in need an an amazing designer that will make your life so much easier when doing a design in your home. Then go ask for NADIA. She was beyond wonderful in helping us decide after going to the store 1 million times and not knowing what we wanted. In a matter of moments she gave us a few choices and put some stuff together. We couldn’t be more happier with her. Definitely will be using her design expertise in future projects. Also key was great. Moved some tiles around so we could see the best ones and even offered several times to load it.
