This store is mediocre. Customer service is touch and go. It’s very confusing how they run the store. Today was the worst experience. Walked in, no one said anything. Tall gentlemen by the door sees me. He’s just standing around in men’s. Shorter guy with locs who also works there starts talking to him, both ignoring me. I said well I guess I can’t buy any shoes today since no one wants to help. Tall guy just continues to stare at me and stand still like a mannequin. Shorter guy acknowledges he hears me but still doesn’t offer any service. Weird. If you want to play together and touch one another just go to the playground or the bedroom.

Poor customer service. Employees don’t look you in the eye if they even acknowledge you at all long lines with at least 10 people. Not worth my money

Same story I read as one of the most recent reviews. They take your money online and don't actually have the shoes in inventory. They cancel your order and do not tell you. They take literally two weeks to refund your money. I literally had to fight them to refund the overnight shipping of $23 as well. Yet never received the $150 shoes.

Worst customer service ever. People would ask what shoes you want then kept forgetting about 3 times in a row. Never got our shoes and finically after waiting with my toddler decided to leave

If the employees running the register hate their jobs they can just say that. They run a confusing system and then give you attitude for not understanding what they want you to do. Does this store want business or not?

We went with my family to buy shoes and a man with bad attitude was saying that we can not try the shoes just and he have a very bad attitude with us so we just left bad store I was in love with the store but not no more

The staffs at this location are slow with service. Went in today for an exchange and waited 45minute, meanwhile they had 4 people on the register not doing anything.

Today was a busy day in this store, however in spite of this my son and I received the best customer service. It's hard to get good customer service these days,but ours was excellent! The young lady that helped us was Tequia was very pleasant and patient. I really appreciated her service, hats off to her excellent customer service.

The location is a joke of a store. It appears organized as far as products.The associates except one cashier (an older lady) are unprofessional, lack knowledge of process and procedures. I counted around 6 employees and that's from a glance. The manager (guy with pony or pigtail) bun is one of the worst with his aptitude and attitude about nothing. I understand why the associates are not too knowledgable. The standards are low.To top it off. They had a little elementary school girl behind the register - the entire time standing with the cashiers. I'm guessing it's a daycare as well.I should add this all stemmed from a pickup order the manager got wrong no sex/ wrong size and tried to convince us it was correct when even the receipt showed it was ordered properly. All we wanted was what we had paid for. All of these associates walking around. This One issue led to like 4 ppl and the little girl behind the register. Covid is still around all of the huddling together and everyone still confused.Do better.

I want to give a major shoutout to floor associate Krystal! I have bad anxiety and become very overwhelmed in stores since having weight loss surgery. Krystal could immediately pick up my energy and assisted me with finding my right shoe size, made sure I was ok during my visit there. I will definitely return and pray that she’s working because we need more people like her to assist ppl like myself. Thank you Krystal for being patient, genuine, and caring. You were truly a blessing to me!

Great store different varieties but salespeople very unwelcome slow don't want to interacted with ..3verybody looks like rhey don't want to be there .I was trying to buy 2 shoes my daughter ?. Salesperson is almost angry I am buying shoes from him .

I ordered a pickup online which it said the size and shoe was available for the concord mills store, when I got there the shoe was not available and they claimed to have cancelled my order but could not show me proof, I had to contact finish line main number to get it cancelled and they still are taking forever to give a refund on an item I haven’t received. The manager at this store was not helpful and not knowledgeable to know what to do. Definitely need more training in customer service and up to date on how to actually help customers.
