Wow - the rudest and most condescending employee I have dealt with in quite a while - Katie. I never imagined that dropping off a package could be so unpleasant. The parking lot is a nightmare also. It is a small parking lot that is shared with Five Guys and Starbucks. For my sanity and safety sake, I will find a different location to drop FedEx packages in the future.

Absolutely horrible customer service, total lack of respect for who's next in line, don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. No wonder they get 2.9 (if they deserve that).- I'd give them negative stars if possible.

This is a great location, am a 63 yr old senior , new to the area, I received the best of care with assistant from Katie. She was able to answer all my questions with knowledgeable information of what her company offers. Keep up the great job and thank you so much , for all your help! In addition, Mgr. Lisa , did an exceptional job training her worker, Katie.thank you Mgr Lisa. I will recommend your store , to my family and my friends , I met here in Concord,NC.

I have been visiting this store for so long and can confidently say is my home store. The team at 1965 understands customer service and people. They have always been helpful both with what I needed at the time and answering questions of concerns. I always leave with a smile on my face. Jolie | Q | Katie are beyond awesome and provides services with a smile.

Lisa was so helpful in getting my packages together and shipped out to their locations. She was patient with me as I got all my information together and was precise in making sure all the address information was correct. She was not not just helpful, but very kind and friendly. It was much easier and a more pleasant experience than I ever anticipated!

Single most difficult experience I've had with trying to contact a store. Not only is their phone recording unnecessarily long and complicated the staff left me ringing on their line for 3 minutes before I finally. It wasn't a hold and nobody picked up the phone to ask if I was willing to wait. Just ringing for 3 minutes

I use the Fedx self-serve printing machines printed one 8.5 x 11 black and white sheet and they charged me $10 going back today this is wrong they gave me a receipt for 20 cents but charge my credit card $10

I just stopped pass this location to do a fax. And Jolie was very helpful, she helped walk me through the fax machine and even checked out my purchase she was great today ! Good customer service is a rarity nowadays ! She was a pleasant surprise ! Thanks again Jolie !

Horrible customer service! Kept my item on hold due to an annoying glitch in their automated voice system, and wouldn't change the request to delivery even after contacting multiple times. Caused a lot of inconvenience and had to wait around 2 weeks for an urgent item to be delivered. Would not recommend!

My visit far exceeded my expectations! I needed a print made that I wasn't sure at all of how to do. I went to store 1965 on 3 occasions and every time I was given the absolute best customer service and therefore a terrific print because of the associates working, Q and Katie. Both Q and Katie were so helpful in helping me to get the print made just right. I am thrilled in how it turned out and more importantly I am a highly satisfied customer on account of their exceptional service. In a time when true quality customer service can be non-existent these two ladies went so far above and beyond. Thank you for having this excellent quality of staff in your business, it makes all the difference in where I choose to give my patronage

I have called FedEx yesterday that their delivery driver delivered a wrong package at my house but no one has showed up to pick it back up and take it to the rightful owner. It's a live plant that needs to be picked up and delivered today. I also have camera and it shows him not looking to see if he delivered it to the wrong package.

I'm never personally coming back here. Tdelete the plus size white woman at the front counter was just not efficient in using her time. Somebody was going through something with a company, and she decided to indulge in his email and opening up documents for him while other people were waiting. It was way too much. Normally when I come in here the people are kind, and efficient. They are respectful of your time period I felt like she was not respectful of other people's times. I'll just stick to the UPS store.
