Reviews don't lie people. Package was scheduled for Monday and it's now Saturday and customer support can get no information or update for why I have not received the package. The driver comes on Monday to drop my package on my porch, to then pick it back up and put it back on the truck because something was leaking I guess. Well since then the tracking has said "delivery exception" with no other update or further delivery date. Customer support is no support, they literally know nothing. If you don't want to get your package, then use FedEx.

Worst shipping company.. EVER! The last FOUR shipments I have gotten- were.. late.. NOT delivered… and “out for delivery” and didn’t show up till next day- LATE
Was supposed to have a Manager be calling me back- and guess what…NO PHONE CALL- although I should not be surprised.

Driver stopped in front of my house then drove off without getting out. Now my package is maybe being delivered tomorrow. Great way to treat your customers

I haven't done business here, just drop off my husband at work. They have parking just for people to drop off or pickup packages.

Not a good place to work. It seems they terminate people over anything here. I’ve heard horror stories about this from other locations. Toxic staff.And they seem to be proficient at losing people’s packages.

Was terminated by this company after almost 5 years of service. During the Era of rioting a few years ago, I kept a firearm legally in my vehicle. This parking lot is a public accessible parking lot. FedEx found out that I had a firearm locked up in my vehicle and terminated me stating that I was a danger to people. I had never shown signs of aggression at FedEx. They just decided that they can have guns shipped in boxes through their facility, but can not have a lawful individual own a firearm in the locked vehicle.

I work here. And I love It. Everyone treats ppl like Family. I would recommend this place to work anytime!! The pay is awesome. ??
