I have a package valued at over $10,000 that requires a signature. FedEx driver has said that they tried to deliver for 3 days now… I work from home and have sat by the door every single day. One day I literally sat outside of my front door in a lawn chair for 12 hours when the driver said they tried to deliver.
I have called the customer service line over and over and over again and NOTHING! I have explained that nobody is coming to my door, I have confirmed my address, I have taken pictures of the FedEx trucks driving past my house.
At this point I am being forced to drive over an hour to pick up my package. THERE IS A FEDEX OFFICE 5 MINUTES FROM ME. This is the absolute worst shipping service I have ever seen. I will avoid them like the plague.

I can't understand why my package has not arrived it's been shipped from FedEx Smartpost in Concord NC since 5-16-24 it was supposed to arrive Saturday here it is Monday and nothing has changed. Still waiting on my package we are 2 hours away from the place. This is ridiculous. Did y'all lose my package? Is that why no update has been provided?

Fed ex is a joke package has been at the same location for the past 4 days 3 hours from my house and they say it's on time after being delayed twice and will still not receive it until the 29th and today is the 24th (GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD) you cannot get a hold of anybody on the phone and when you ask for a representative and give the order number the recording dosent connect you to someone

FedEx lost my package then found it a week later and wanted me to drive a hour away to pick it up at a location instead of mailing I it to my house like I paid for them to do. Also gave me a two day window to do so or they would send my package back. Horrible costumer service
