The staff is so kind and helpful! They always had my order done ahead of time and greeted me when I walked in each time. The staff began to get to know me and would refer to me by name, which is so hospitable!

I had to write a review. I had stellar customer service at this location. It was a quick and easy transaction. I was greeted upon walk in and the employees seemed to be in good spirits. These days it's hard to find typical customer service. So I just wanted to take take and say it's appreciated to feel welcomed when you walk through the door. It was very warming to experience!!

I wrote a full review yesterday, but for some reason it did not post. This will be a shorter review, and hopefully, it will help anyone who is looking for quality service. I needed to have my father's funeral program printed the same day. Emily was my FedEx rep at the store, and her service was above and beyond anything I would've ever expected. She was patient with my uncertainty, and both she and her co-worker Brandy help me with decisions during stressful time for me. Their manager Fredette also stepped in to help get the programs ready for me in time for my father's viewing. With all of the tasks I needed to complete for the funeral AND with the least amount of time to complete it, Emily and her colleagues made it the easiest. The programs were beautiful!

I have ordered a few things from different places and have had FedEx and UPS deliver them. The company gets the order out and then when FedEx gets the package it took almost a week to get my package and it was from one state over from me and when I went to track my packages it would say the same thing.

I come to the store often at the last minute with printing or shipping needs. Last week I had the opportunity to meet the newest team member her name is Stevie! Stevie assisted me in finding a correct sized package to ship items to my daughter. Today I dropped in to print some signs but I was undecided on which paper stock to use. Actually, I decided to print on regular paper and just have the paper laminated. Stevie, made helpful suggestions. Next, a gentleman stepped in and asked probing questions to determine how my signs would be used. He then told me about a waterproof like paper and demonstrated himself spraying water on the paper. The paper is water resistant and tear proof. I never paid any attention to the signs about the paper when I walked in the store so I wasn't aware that this type of paper existed. I am very pleased with the customer service that I receive whenever I visit this location and I have been a customer for many years.
