I had the worst Expereince. I reserved a car to be picked at 11:00 am on Sunday in arriving flight to be picked up. I waited for 40 minutes at the counter and there was no one. and when i called help desk to help me compensate for this they said we cant do anything. I was supposed to travel to Atlanta to catch another flight and thats why I booked it but because of the delay I had to pay double the money to another car rental company . enterprise car are a vaste or money and they dont even help you get another car.

DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!We had one of our worst experiences trying to get a rental car from this location. Spent 3 hours at this location to finally get our booking transferred to CLT airport.The office hours are meaningless, the staff arrives and leaves whenever they want. Added bonus - they are extremely rude to their customers.Apparently, you can only rent a car from here if you fly into the airport via Allegiant airlines. This is neither published on Enterprise's website nor is it put up as a notice at the location.Suggestion to corporate folks at Enterprise (if at all you read this) - Shut down this branch, or at the very least, put a disclaimer on your website about the stupid rule re. Allegiant airlines.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!Worst customer service ever! Pretty much the same awful experience as mentioned in other reviews.- We waited for 1.5hrs at the Enterprise counter before the person in-charge showed up, even though the location was meant to be open.- The representative REFUSED to give us a car even though we had a confirmed booking. Apparently the policy of this location is to only give cars to Allegiant flight passengers, flying into Concord airport. This policy is neither mentioned anywhere in writing nor was it communicated to us over the phone.- The representative was the rudest person I have ever come across in the service industry!- Enterprise customer service on the phone was extremely unhelpful. They failed to understand the situation, kept blaming us for the problem and tried quoting 4 times the original price for rebooking a car!Eventually we ended up cancelling the booking, booked a new car online from a different location. We were delayed by 5hrs that day, not to mention all the added stress and anxiety!

This place only rent to the people from commercial flight. If you coming in a private plane they wouldn't give a car even if you already pay for it. That's unacceptable. Do not rent in this place. Not recommend it.

I was loosing any hope when finally someone smiling showed up ?, it is ridiculous to think that I waited almost 2 hrs for someone to show up. They are not working according to the schedule you see here basically they show up whenever they want and they don’t respect the hour of your appointment or reservation, they just don’t care. Nobody can help you because the call center never picked up and I figured that due to the weird schedule they have maybe enterprise provide a cellphone directly to the employee. I called several times and obviously nobody picked up and I didn’t heard any ring in the place so I am not sure if the phone number in the app and here in maps is correct.Unfortunately I didn’t have more options but if you have I will recommend to do the reservation with the competence ,the guy from AVIS &BUDGET RENTALS was there all the time. Otherwise I recommend to rent in a different place.

Booked 3 weeks in advance online. Went to get the car was told they won’t rent if I don’t have a plane ticket. On a holiday weekend. Worse, their customer service denied this is a policy but can’t help as they have no authority. Driving my mom with breast cancer for thanksgiving. Horrible service. The Family business company did nothing for my family. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Complete and utter lunacy. Reservation with this place means nothing. I'm showing my confirmed booking, the guy says he won't give me a car because I didn't come from a flight. Of course, no single notice on that during the whole booking process, no attempt of contacting me for cancellation prior to.Should have checked other reviews. Go Turo people, help these guys out of business.

The agent or manager called me two days before Thanksgiving to say that they cannot accept my reservation. He stated that they only reserve vehicles Allegiant passengers. He was very rude and didn’t understand the first thing about customer service, especially when I did nothing wrong. I called customer service and they stated there wasn’t a policy regarding rentals to Allegiant customers. They proceeded to escalate the matter to corporate and I am awaiting a resolution

Have a reservation but nobody at the counter. Apparently they just leave the counter in between flights. Have no idea where they went or when they will be back. Been waiting for more than an hour now.

Their hours are not what they follow. I missed my selected pick up time (which for this location is an appointment) and came back during their “open” hours and no one was here. I was informed by another employee of the airport that he left for the day because he had no appointments. HEADS UP : THE PICK UP TIME YOU SELECT IS YOUR “APPOINTMENT” Do not miss it. No one answered the phone either when I called earlier to let them know. I spoke to the 1-866- enterprise member to let them know, but this location operates differently. When the enterprise employee had come back, he informed me that they only hold cars for 30 minutes and they no longer had a vehicle for me. The most bizarre car rental experience I’ve ever had.

Never in my life I have encountered such horrible customer service. Made a reservation online, get there at my appointment time to be told I made my reservation too late. The guy refused to deal with us & when we questioned why we were told we would be put on a do not rent list because he didn’t feel like dealing with us. Absolutely mind blowing. I’ve dealt with Enterprise a lot but never again after today. Never.

Went to pick up our car and no one was there when we had just talked to someone on the phone and confirmed our pick up time during a time when they were open. Waited an hour, tried calling customer service and couldn’t get any help.
