JT helped me with my reservation and was AWESOME! Anytime I need a car I always go through Enterprise. Good deals and efficient. Great staff and clean location!

Nobody at all never ever should be going to this location. The lady on the phone was extremely rude..even though my name was also on the car insurance.. she said my husband still has to come in. My husband was out of town on business trip so how he could have come and within minutes after the call... manager of that location called my husband saying they don't want to do business with us. What a third class down graded customer service. What do they think about themselves. If they don't want our business what makes them think that we want their business...lol...FYI...There are many car rental agencies who want our business. Hell with you and your location...lol..

We had set up a rental from another location, however it wasn't until the day before, did we realize an error was made. In a state of urgency, we called around in need of another rental location, and we could not have asked for a better alternative!Carla was our first contact in transferring our rental from another Enterprise to their location, with their supervisor Parker, assuring us not only a smooth transfer, but even matched the rate from our former agreement!They were friendly and professional, handled everything swiftly, reserved a wonderful replacement vehicle for us, and gave us an extremely satisfactory experience. We will definitely return for future events.

It took 3 days of calling every few hours to reach this branch. No voicemail, line just disconnects after holding. Waited for a total of 2 hrs on the line. Credit card was charged when it wasn't provided for payment; billing # should have been charged. Once I reached the branch, the gentleman did help me but not being able to reach them to confirm the cars will be delivered in time was stressful. Rep did say he would make sure to reverse the credit card charge and bill us correctly. Rep did say they are short staffed.

Unfortunately, i have to report that the Derita location in Concord has a very incompetent worker by the name of Jeff. first, he half answered the phone, i asked his name because i am a personable person and his response was, i can’t give me name ma’am, i don’t just go giving my name out, WHAT, REally?y next question was may I just speak with a Manager? He said Manager not available and he’s next in charge. Okay so i proceeded to ask questions because i am booking through a third part and everyone knows sometime the cars are not available at the locations. I asked if he had the Chevy, Colorado truck or something similar (like it says online third party site) He said Ma’am we have a lot of trucks. Now at this point am livid because he’s clearly high or just not listening. He said we have a ram i said okay is that a pick up truck, he says ma’am it’s a truck. His tone was off like i was asking to many questions so i said is there someone else there i can speak with because this isn’t working with us. He said No he’s alone. Mind you i had to stop to write this and I am in a hurry to tend to some business, i really don’t have time to type this so excuse my typos BUT i wanted Enterprise to know what kind of employees they have working for them. It wasn’t customer service like, it was horrible experience and doesn’t make me want to do business with the company. It’s crazy how one person can mess your experience up. To Jeff, sweetie have a better day, take some customer service courses & be knowledgeable about your products.

Completely useless employees. Unfortunately they had no rentals available, but it doesn't stop there. They pretty much refused to call another location to find us rental. Told me it wasn't their "obligation" to call other locations. Called Budget and they actually did their job and found us a vehicle. Don't waste your time!! Call Budget

Reserved a compact car and when we got there they didn’t have any available. Told us that the car was at the body shop. Told us that we could spend an extra $21/day to get a car we don’t want and didn’t reserve.I had to cancel my appointment to get my car fixed because they weren’t prepared or organized enough to have the vehicle we reserved.Funnily enough, the women in line in front of us was given the same issue by them. Reserved a car that was never even at the store.Even the guy we spoke to on the phone assured us they’d have compact vehicles ready for us when we arrived for our reservation time.What’s the point of making a reservation for a vehicle if they aren’t going to have anything available when you get there. Horrible, horrible customer service.Cannot believe they wasted our time like this.Please do not come to this Enterprise.

Red headed lady working at this location refused to help my mother find a car. We had reservations for a car yet when we get there we are told the reservation was never made. My mom comes out upset stating they tell her to find her own rental at other enterprise locations. I walked in and told the red headed lady working she needs to do her job and assist my mom. I get “I told her she can call around” in a nasty tone as a response. Not to mention she is without a mask so I ask for her to put one on and she states “being 6 feet away I don’t need one”. After ARGUING with said lady, I go get my mom to come back inside. Then the story changed to no available cars in the lot for our policy. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any rental location. Avoid this one at all costs

ReviewCame to the office at the reservation time, 3pm on a Thursday, and no one was there. Actually watched the employees, two men in their 20's, leave as we pulled up but didn't realize what they were doing at the time. The office door was locked and no sign was left. Made multiple attempts to contact the local office. Had to call corporate. Corporate said the regional manager would contact the local office and then call us. The local office finally came back after 45 minutes and offered us an unclean car with no gas in it and no apology. Not acceptable anytime but especially not during this pandemic...At our request, they took the car back and rinsed it off and did a cursory vacuum. They acknowledged that they knew we had a reservation and were coming in at 3pm but said they, "had a plane coming in." So leave the office completely empty??? To this point, two weeks later, and after several calls to Enterprise customer service and Enterprise corporate office; still no call, email, text or any kind of contact from the regional manager as promised. In fact, this is after Enterprise has supposedly, "escalated" the case twice. The customer service at this location is literally nonexistent. Avoid this particular Enterprise location at all cost. Trust me, it's worth the extra money to rent from another location and, based on Enterprise corporate's response, probably another company too. Lesson learned.
