Last minute rental with Maria on a Saturday and she got me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes! Returning the rental on a busy Monday only took a couple of minutes. Professional, courteous, and SUPER EFFICIENT! We'll be back!

I rented a car the day before Thanksgiving to go to Atlanta. I had no problems checked out paid with Apple Pay and went on my way. My car was to be returned on that Friday. Well on Thanksgiving day I got a flat tire, we changed it but I couldn’t call because they were closed. The next day I called them and told them what happened. Terry stated that I can all around and swap out the cars. I called around and everyone said cars won’t be back until around 3-4 pm. I called Terry back and she told me that that’s fine just return the car the following day(Saturday) and I won’t be charged for my inconvenience. Ok great. As I was calling around one of the places told me I could take the car to a Firestone or some other tire shop and get it changed. So that’s what I did. Waited in Firestone for 4 hours just to get it done. Saturday came and I returned the car. I got there at 12:14 pm and they had just closed. I took a pic and left the car and put the keys in the drop box. Days go by and I’m waiting on my deposit. First I received $59. So I called and told her that’s night right. She said she made a mistake and stated I would get my full $300 deposit. I said ok. Waited another day and received $120.14. Called her back and after about 20 minutes on the phone she said she fixed the problem and I should have the rest of my deposit in a day or so. That was 4 days after I returned the car and here it is 3 weeks later and nothing. Called her back and she stated she has to charge me for a day because I brought it back on Saturday(the day she told me to bring it back) I’ve called so many people and no one has returned my call or even sent me a email. This has been the worst experience ever. I would never rent another car from that location. I did what she said, plus yes I was inconvenienced during the holiday and I can’t even get my full deposit. It’s just ridiculous.

If I could give 0 stars I would I went in with my cousin trying to get a rental and the rep at the register said they don’t have any available. When I left I seen at least one car out there that they had. Also this was the same lady I notice when my sister book with them back in September and they went to pick up they rental and the lady call a day before to confirm but when both my sisters arrive she told them they do not have any available. My sister had already reserved a week ago they gave her rental to someone else this was very unprofessional. The fact that the rep call a day before to confirm to make it seems like her rental is still available and turn around and give it to someone else. Not to mention both my sisters went there to pick it up and all the rep can do is smile while my sister is telling her this is not right she completely did not care did not even tried helping or offering anything and my sister had to search around for something else. This place needs to get a new rep because the lady they have is careless, people probably paying her extra to take someone else rental the manager needs to do something because I am concern for someone else who books here and I can not imagine them giving someone reservation to someone else I would not be booking with enterprise I don’t need any bad surprises from them!!! So unprofessional that rep just seems like a liar to me get rid of her I believe she is scamming

My experience with enterprise is always seamless. Even though they didn’t have the vehicle class I reserved they still took care of me & I was more than pleased! The reps were extremely nice!

I had to come here because this place had cars and Salisbury did not. They were extremely fast and I was in and out of there. I would rather come here from now on.

Front desk manager was polite and helpful. The employees there greeted me and were able to meet my needs!!! I wish i could give 10 stars!! Customer Service all around was great!!!

I was highly disappointed on this the service I received on this past weekend. I booked a rental about about a month ago for last Friday to this past Monday. I received a call the day before my pickup to confirm my pickup at 8:30am. On the day of my pickup I went to the branch a little earlier just to see if I could maybe get my rental earlier. Upon arrival I noticed there were not that many cars available. I went inside and spoke to the representative who took all my information and then disclosed there were no other cars except a SUV. I told her I really was not trying to a SUV but if that is all I’ll take it but will I get it for the same price I book the other car for. She stated she could do something but after her calculations I was still going to be paying $50 more than expected. Before she was able to finish her coworker stated that to her they can not rent the SUV out due bad tires. The young lady immediately stated there’s no cars for me to rent. I then asked her will there be any cars coming in soon because I have to get on the road. She stated she doesn’t know. I asked her if she could look up in there system to see if she could locate a car for me and she stated no I would have to go to different locations. I walked out and contacted Corporate who stated they would try and find one for me and that area manager will contact me. To make a king story short I didn’t end up getting a car until 11:21 and I still have not heard from the area manager!

I've used rented vehicles from this place for the better part of 2 months and the service has always been excellent. Little short staffed at times but they get you taken care of quickly. Will use again 100%

Our rental car was returned on a Saturday, 25 minutes after they closed. Was charged till the following Monday, no notification of any kind. Was charged a one way drop off fee, when we were told that they would credit that part(plans changed)I couldn’t get a return call or a explanation (receipt) from a manager , tried several times leaving messages. One employee stated it looked like we were owed a credit but never saw it.I will never rent from enterprise again, if you do, get everything in writing or email as you speak. Lesson learned!
