I had a very bad experience with this location 256 Concord Pkwy S Concord NC 28027. I've called, went by to collect my items and nothing have been done about the matter; even sent a message on site nothing have been resolved. I feel that you guys are protecting a thief at your facility. I have requested my belongings and you keep making excuses about the car is out for detail or the person that clean the car isn't in. I know you have a lost and found and you keep the items for 30 days. I reported my lost items and it's a month on the 10th of this month that i reportedmy lost items. I rented a car on the 2nd of January and its now the 10th of February. I have been a customer with enterprise for years and this how you treat your valued customer.

I recently rented a vehicle for about 3 weeks, Enterprise employees were very professional, I also enjoyed driving the latest Nissan Rogue, I miss the vehicle , it drove well! Thank you Enterprise!

Car was completely dirty after waiting 45 minutes for them to "clean" the car, while everyone just sat around talking about the customers and starring at computer screens. Very unprofessional employees. I was even asked if I wanted to take possession of the car on an empty tank of gas, cause going to get gas required them to get out of their chairs.

Everyone here provided me with excellent customer service while my car was being repaired at the collision shop. I was originally given a smaller vehicle than what I normally drive, and over the weekend my rental was experiencing brake problems. I took the vehicle up there and they exchanged it for a truck for the day until Monday morning. I returned the truck Monday morning and was given a Toyota Camry and I loved it. I had that until my car was repaired. I appreciate all their hard work and providing me with excellent customer service through the whole process. These were 2 of the vehicles I was given. As you can see, they have a nice selection of rentals.

The staff is very nice. However, the car I had was a hot mess. Used them as my car was in the body shop. The rental car provided needed a lot of maintenance (shocks, brakes, upholstery) and smelled like dog. To be fair, I did mention it and they offered another car but they were the same. Will not use them again. Barely drove the car.

If I could do less than 1 i would do that. Enterprise in Durham is prejudiced against northerners and elderly women. The manager a young man I had to deal with extremely rude. I was tired when I got there. I thought the responsible thing to do would be to take a nap. So I did. When I went to get the keys he questioned whether i was able to drive. That I took a 2 hour nap. I set my alarm and it was 1 hour. Whether 1 hour or 2 hours it is still the responsible thing to do. When backing up he said i hit a customers car and put a thin crack in the fender. Another customer looked for damage and saw none. This car has a back up system. It should have set an alarm if it got too close. It did not. No-one went over the system with me. Like cruse control. From the day i picked it up i kept getting no windshield wiper fluid. If you put down a window the car would be pulled. A gear like imagine would go on for a while and go off and later on again. No idea what it meant. A light with a circle and ! Is always on. No idea what that is. A couple of days ago a message came on that said step on brake hard to engage brakes. Back to sales man and manager. I keep waiting for the key. After about a hour for the keys I beeped the horn. A young black girl came out. I was very upset by then. I didn't swear at her but I probably did raise my voice. The sales person came out and started yelling at me that i scared this young lady. Well instead of finishing with one customer the start with another and leave others waiting. That's not professional at all. He and the manager are a poor representation for enterprise! I will never recommend them. The sales person and manager should be reprimanded for their poor service. The sales person kept questioning whether I could drive. I told him repeatedly that I needed the nap Time x sqrs 3gwn 7a fEu and now I needed to get something to eat. He was a real jerk. Almost scary. No customer should have to go through this. Especially a sick 67 year old lady.

Yet another enterprise with a great experience. I was returning a rental and I was greeted upon entering immediately. Someone was able to help me immediately as well. Brandon (a fellow pirate argh!) was very polite and even waived a fee for me. The whole experience was fast and easy! Thank y’all again!!

Great staff that tries to accommodate all customers even when there is a full house. Selection on cars are pretty reasonable as well!

I was in a car accident on Monday. The insurance company scheduled me a car at this location. I went to pick the car up at the end of the day on Wednesday. As we walk around the car inside and out. I was not pleased at all with this car. The car had a numerous amount of issues that I saw. I told the staff and I ask if they had anything else. I was told it was all they had left.As I was driving the car I heard a rattling noise and saw that there was no gas in the car…just terrible. I did not feel safe driving this car and every other issue it had.I call back spoke with Brandon Dixon told him my concerns. Brandon immediately said he would take care of me. He patiently listened and begin to work on my behalf. He fixed the issue I had immediately.He put me in a nicer, cleaner car with more space. Now that’s excellent customer service. Brandon Dixon is the only reason why my review change from poor to excellent.I praise God for Brandon Dixon, because my experience was amazing. The customer service he provided was beyond excellent. His leadership and professionalism is what Enterprise needs. I will do business with him again.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Enterprise on Concord Pkwy S, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The level of customer service provided by Brandon and Mason was truly exceptional.Throughout my rental period, the car was in excellent condition, and I encountered no issues. Returning the vehicle was equally hassle-free, thanks to the efficiency of the Enterprise team.I highly recommend Enterprise on Concord Pkwy S for their outstanding customer service, and I can't thank Brandon and Mason enough for their dedication to ensuring I had a stress-free and enjoyable rental experience.
