We haven’t used Ellis for anything more than a watch repair in the past, but I cracked the base of my Engagement ring of over 32 years and nothing makes a woman more nervous than handing over her wedding ring to be repaired and not wearing it. Well when they looked at it under a microscope there was more damage than what we could see by the naked eye & it was going to take 2 weeks to repair. They not only repaired it they polished it & my wedding band. My husband left his band so he could get it cleaned & polished to. When we got them back they looked so beautiful & the diamonds just sparkled! They looked brand new. We couldn’t ask for better work. They also were kind enough to call us along the way & let us know the progress of their work. We would not hesitate to use their services again & would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Ellis Jewelers is a fantastic company that is a historic part of the Concord Community and their excellent Jewelry & Repair shows why!

No one does it like Ellis. My fiancé and I started our engagement ring journey not knowing anything other than the diamond shape I wanted. With so many options and designs available, it can be easy to become overwhelmed or even discouraged throughout the process. We went to a handful of other stores after our initial meeting with Ellis, but ultimately did not see the same type of diamond quality or personal investment like Ellis offers. Even when they did not have the shape of diamond I wanted, they worked with us to find and acquire superb options within our price range. Kory was exceptionally receptive to everything we had to say and always gave great advice. We ended up creating a custom piece that catches eyes everywhere we go! Our creation process became so educational, as Kory explained every step of the way and taught us little tips and tricks to make my engagement ring truly my own. If we ever had any questions or concerns, Kory was just one text message away. We felt so comfortable talking about exactly what we wanted. He was very patient throughout the process, never pressuring us to make decisions. My ring is VERY detailed and had a lot of work put into it, we are so grateful for Kory and all those at Ellis who made it happen. They partner with a manufacturer to create 3D renderings of what you envision. This is so helpful for those who need a mental picture before committing to a purchase and the actual ring will exceed all expectations.The people at Ellis recognize the importance of creating/picking something you adore! We bought both our wedding bands with Ellis. Our bands are exactly what we pictured and are so happy to have found Ellis to make our dreams come true. The variety of mens bands is outstanding! The quality of their rings and service is unmatched! We HIGHLY recommend Ellis jewelers to everyone we know.

I absolutely love the ring my fiancé and Kory designed together. I got to go into the shop today and see all of the different wedding bands I could choose from as well as bands for my future husband. Kory was so nice and super informative. I’m glad we went with a jeweler that is so personable and professional.

Wonderful Experience! I took my grandmother’s antique ring to be serviced and cleaned. It is over 60yrs old and a precious heirloom in our family. The ring had not been cleaned or serviced once in its life and diamonds had began to fall out of it. The minute I walked into Ellis I felt at ease. A plan for the ring was discussed, a realistic timeframe established, and a very accurate estimate was given. I felt like my family’s precious ring was safe.The ring was then returned to me in the timeframe promised, and it was amazing! It had been completely restored to its original glory! I have never seen it look so beautiful. I saw colors reflect in those diamonds that I have never seen before!Ellis Jeweler is amazing. This is a family business who has been doing this for generations. They are experienced and educated in the business and they run the place like a family. They are friendly, trustworthy, and excellent at what they do.

My husband and I have gone to Ellis Jewelers for years and we love them so much! Everyone there is so friendly and attentive, but Dan specifically has always gone above and beyond for us. My engagement ring, both mine and my husband’s wedding bands, and my most recent diamond band that my husband got me for Christmas are all from Ellis Jewelers and the quality + beauty of every piece is unmatched. Working with Ellis Jewelers was wonderful! I had a pair of jewelry from a family member and wanted to update it to suit my style more.
