We chose Efird’s for unique lighting options. Marti was very helpful every time we called or stopped in. Their installation crew were fantastic and they even hauled off our old lighting fixtures. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Great selection, I had to visit twice before deciding. Great customer service. She was there to answer any of the questions we had but also gave us plenty of room to look around which I greatly appreciated. Can't wait for my new fixtures to arrive!

We came in and were greeted immediately. We didn't have an appointment yet were treated like 'family'. Weren't sure what type of fan we wanted, so Jenny allowed us to take a catalog home. We brought it back and ordered one. Unfortunately, it'll take 3-6 weeks to get, but it's what we wanted. We aren't in a bind. It's just a replacement.. the old one is over 28 yrs old. It'll last a bit longer.I'd recommend shopping here.

Efird’s has a beautiful selection of products in the showroom. If you don’t see exactly what you want, they will search their catalogs for just the perfect light or fan for your space. Customer service is superb. We highly recommend Efird’s!

I felt like the lady talked to me like I was beneath her. No mask which is also rude. Was not helpful when we asked questions and she looked at her computer while talking to us -- like the person said below, we have a lot of lighting to get and we will go elsewhere.

Installers arrived on time but once completed and they left my husband noticed they didn’t staggerer the lights accordingly to the instructions left behind. When we called to have them come back to fix it, we were told there would be a charge even though it was installed incorrectly per the instructions. We will NEVER use this place again as their customer service is terrible.

We walked in and were greeted at the door, then continued to walk around the store to view the inventory, as my sister is building a house and needs a lot of decor items. We were then approached a 2nd time, but this time we were asked if we needed help, but the question was posed as if we were a nuisance to her and she wanted nothing more than for us to leave the store. Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for lighting and decor items, keep looking, because this place was not helpful, and the staff couldn't be bothered.
