Came in to set an appointment and air pressure check. Pulled to there air pressure area like i was told waited a few minutes they were pretty busy. Once guy with long shaggy hair came he started to put air in my tires . I have a brand new car so the paint is pretty much perfect the issue is the guy yanked the hose not once but twice smacking my car. Second time i literally had to tell him hey man calm down a little yanking the hose you smacked my car twice. New car old car doesn’t matter its someone’s property they paid for just be more careful and attentive to what you are doing whether it’s a big or small job. I also offered to do it myself but they said no which Is understandable, but really aggravating watching someone smack your car right in front of you.

Great service, especially short notice. Waited for part of it in the office and yall should be giving Deante a good bonus. Never seen someone running as hard as him (literally) to help people out and level of professionalism/service is outstanding.

Made an appointment for 445pm. Didn't pull the van in a bay til 538pm after I complained about being skipped. Cars that came in after me were being serviced before mine and I had an appointment. It was for a slow leak that I had a warranty on. 1 tire with the slow leak. If I were a walk-in, I would never complain about the wait. Just honor the appointments please. Don't be so greedy that you take all comers and dont have time for your appointments.

Service was great,however two of the management staff had a personality conflict om the floor and it was obvious that they were in disagreement with each other. I know this will not get a response,but they both need a counseling statement in their file about being professional on the floor.

We were traveling with our camper and had a tire blowout that ruined the rim. My husband drove to the Concord, NC store with the tire and rim in hand. The store had the tires but not the rims. Sean was most helpful. He called around and found a place nearby that could supply the rims. Thanks to Sean for going above and beyond to help us get back on the road.

Discount Tire is my spot for all things tires! Been going to them for over 20 years and will continue to do so rest of my life. I also get windshield wipers here too because it’s essential to get those replaced every 1 to 2 years depending on how much you drive. No matter the location, service is always the best, fast, and affordable. Their warranty quality is the best and they always ensure I get the best quality and value in my purchase. This location was fantastic and took amazing care of me n my car.

On 4/29 I went to the concord mills discount tire to order new tires. When I got there I specifically told Paul Pluard (marketing assistant store manager) the make, model and size tires I wanted, instead of ordering what me (the customer) requested he went on to say oh those would have to come from the east coast and might take a while like ok it’s my money, my truck, my tires. I even told him I know they’ll have to ship it and I’m fine with waiting. But instead he forced me to get those cheap Yokohamas that don’t even last a full yr, so I then proceeded to the new discount tire in concord and told them the situation they quickly ordered the ones I told the concord mills location to order and said he would call the store to tell them to cancel the Yokohama tires because I will not be purchasing them! Paul also lied because when I got to the new discount tire store they told me that there’s a total of 498 sets of the kind I wanted world wide and 50 of those sets are in SC so where he got east coast from beats me, I’ve been going to this location for many years but think I’ll be switching to the new one instead after the assistant store manager lied and tried to scam me.

These guys at the concord location are amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, and the best service around. They are upfront with all options, pricing and make sure you get exactly what you want and need for your vehicle. Deante helped me find the best wheels and tires for my car and was easy to work with not selling me, but educating me on what would best for my budget. I’ve worked with the manager, Bill, on other tires in the past and he might be the nicest person I’ve met in the business. He was there when I dropped off the car and helped me get in and out with the install as I was in a time crunch. He also explained the tire I purchased in great detail as far as the benefits from Continental and what they give you monthly from Discount Tire. I couldn’t be happier with this location as I won’t go anywhere else for my tire, wheel, and wiper blade needs. I can’t wait till they start offering even more services for my vehicles. I’ve been to a lot of shops in my day and these guys are second to none when it comes to service. Great people and I’ve give 10 stars if I could.
