Clean location, safe area. Very easy to access. Love the facility but, it’s the experience that did it for me! Mike was AMAZING to work with! He was knowledgeable , friendly and efficient! Kudos to him and the Prime Storage team!

I had a terrible experience with this company but they keep asking me to review them so here you go. I parked my boat there for two months before moving on. They tried to push extra insurance on me twice. First time was an easy fix to resend insurance information. Second time they tried to tell me my insurance was insufficient so they tried to push it on me again. I have a 1995 boat with more than enough coverage and they are not liable for my property if something happened. I told them I will not pay extra as I’m not an idiot and this isn’t first time storing a vehicle/boat. The next email I get is to let me know they decided to raise my rate from $112 to $152 and again this is all just short of two months. Went down the street and found a spot for $89. Customer service was awful and the emails they send are demanding and border line threatening. I would not recommend or do business with them again.

Nice facility. Rent goes up every 4-6months, already some of the highest costs in the area(outdoor parking space). Had a $400 piece of metal stolen also.
