“I've always enjoyed coming to Belk when I'm at the mall. I personally love their selection of Ralph Lauren, and my wife loves their handbags. In recent years, prices have gone way up to where it's hard to afford 1 polo shirt. Staff usually keep to themselves. I've had plenty of bad experiences with different staff. I've also had good experiences.”
“Walmart has just about anything you would want. Their fruit and vegetable selection is better than most other supermarkets in the area. Also the clientele is very interesting.

“I was in SmartStyle on Friday 25 2024 waiting to get my hair done ?Lady comes in with a black stroller this was after 3:30 pm about 20 minutes later she comes out when she went through the security going out the light flashed red made a noise the guy didn't check her ? let her go through there were 2 people behind her ?What is the purpose to have them there not doing their job ?He was kinna tall slim white guy then later a older guy came like 20 minutes after him maybe that's why he didn't stop the the lady with the Black Stroller she had the stroller cover up and everything she's done it before you can tell ? it was almost time to get off ?”
“The store was very clean and fully stocked with the items I needed. Also, Eggland's Best were $10 for 18 and I've seen them for $14 in other places. Good deal during the egg shortage.”

“I don't usually shop at Walmart and I have very low expectations when I have to. But this time it was such a pleasure I had to leave a review. From my arrival to leaving, all the employees were so pleasant. They greeted me and each other with smiles. I even got helpful service and advise. The store was immaculate. The produce looked fresh and was stocked neatly. And I didn't even have to wait in line to check out. I don't know what was going on but I truly enjoyed my shopping experience today!”
“I told myself I was never going back to that family dollar in concord due to the fact all the staffs had rude attitudes. So I just went back a couple days ago and this new lady in there name Darlene is an amazing woman very nice and polite. Family dollar #737 need more ppl like her.”

“This location can get super busy on the weekends. But they do their best ti get people checked out as fast as possible. The Assistant Manager was super helpful and so sweet to go out of her way to help me. The fitting room was clean and associates on the floor were busting their butts to clean up messes customers make.”
“I was at the family dollar on branchview Friday 9/24/2021and when me and my daughter went we were greeted by the most pleasant customer atmosphere and felt the love from the employees one employee stood out very professional, good humor, and always kept a smile and a exceptional since of humor and interacted with every customer and they all left with a smile I believe her name was CHERI the atmosphere that she gave will make this a great place to shop and leave with a smile ? and definitely be back to shop dont know where you found her but y'all need more people like her and is extremely good at what she does and that is not only customer service but you leave feeling like family ? I'll definitely be back and she better be there to make the place feel warm with great respect for her job and the customers ive been in quite a few family dollar stores they were ok but the one off branchview tops all since she has come aboard as a family dollar team player when I experience that great of warmth , happiness, and a part of the family dollar family i would definitely definitely definitely love for this post to make it to the top at family dollar corporate office so that they see that not only did y'all hire the perfect one but the best one I've seen in a very long time I had quit shopping at family dollar but with the remarkable experience that I had its definitely worth going back and back with no hesitation its people like her that employer's love to hear about and the feeling that you came in with and left with again I think her name was CHERI she just makes you feel first and the most important so family dollar please please please please keep her at that store because she will definitely make a great manager one day and family dollar will always and forever see that that store is definitely going to be beyond customer friendly service and feel like home to all and family dollar hiring her was the best and greatest asset to the company so with that said CHERI keep doing what you are doing and don't change anything because you will make a name for yourself and go places like MANAGER of that store and show customer's that there is a fanomanal thing that has brightened up the place with a strong electric feeling keep up the extremely great job and don't change anything thank you for your greatness ? ? ? and pride you put in what you do and the customer service greatness a now believer in family dollar again THANK YOU for all that you contribute not only your job but your customers again I would definitely love for this to go to the district manager and to the top of the ladder and see that there is greatness in people”

“Messy, yes. But what I was searching for I found. Cashier was sweet. It's bizarre to have a person at front door opening a rope to "admit" you, must be a lot of theft at store, I summized. How do that once store is at busy times with that? Will return tho.”
