I purchased a header panel for my 1976 F250 bed and was extremely satisfied with the product. The fit was perfect and the care taken for shipping was very responsible. Dennis Carpenter's panel was slightly more expensive than most competitors, but was well worth the additional expense and care taken for safe shipping.

I've ordered quite a few parts for my 1977 F100 restoration project and have been very impressed with the quality and shipping speed. From NOS to reproduction parts, they have both been awesome quality. I will definitely continue to purchase and would definitely recommend.

I have always said that Dennis Carpenter was the best way to go. But cant say that anymore, ordered a rocker panel on Sunday and called on Thursday and they said it had not shipped and probably wont until next week. So at least 2 weeks to receive a rocker panel. Will have to take that into consideration on my next order. And it was in stock when I ordered.

Cannot beat quality but the absolute worst shipping experience I have had buying classic car parts. Will not buy direct from them again until they this shipping issue resolved

In Morganton NC less than an hour away. Ordered a few small " in stock parts" Not a single mention on checkout that delivery will be delayed! Chose UPS Ground cause its a 1 day service. At worst case I expected it to take a week. Well i called today closed on Friday Order still hasn't shipped. There goes my weekend of working on the truck. First and last order! Just a tip: Mention on checkout that you wont ship the same or next day and it will take you a week or more! Then you may not get reviews like this. ( not hidden in your store policy)

I just got off the phone with parts department. I used to like going in and looking at what they had in the warehouses and being able to actually speak with the workers. Their change in business plan is terrible. Stop using COVID as an excuse for not letting people come in and look for parts. I have read many other reviews which speak of the terrible experiences people are having with shipping. I will be ordering my parts through Auto Krafters from now on. I will be moving to the Concord area in the next year and was hoping to have a business I could rely on for the parts for my car without having to order from out of state.

I can't say enough good things about Dennis Carpenter Ford parts, and especially Miss Linda in parts, also her co-workers were great to, they were very knowledgeable about the parts I needed, processed my order and shipped the parts promptly, I give them an A+Tech guys are great too !

We ordered some parts a week ago. We literally live 30 min away. Our parts are in Ohio!!!! Why??? It may be a mail issue but DC should be on this. It’s ridiculous. That package should have been here in 2 days. Very aggravating ?

thee most disrespectful customer service even to new customers... sounds like the kkk when you call... i asked for a refund the day after i made the purchase. in doing so i got up on and then as i attempted to call back multiple times she kept picking up and hanging up.. now mind you this is my first time ever trying to buy crap from these hillbillies.. i couldn't believe it's companies that are literally robbing customers and then when the customer trys to get whats rightfully his .. they get an attitude like kids.. money must be tight. but ill never ever ever ever ever.. buy from these trailer trash country folks again...lmao

No gripe about the quality of parts , but they are pricey and I think have lost a lot since they moved into new location. If you order via internet, then no big deal, but for local customers it ain’t the same.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!!!Great People to do business with.I bought a steering wheel for my Classic Ford Truck last year, and last month it got real cold, -13 degrees, and the wheel split as bad as the original. I sent a nicely worded email asking if there was a warranty since I had owned it less than a year. The response was awesome!!!Good morning,We are shipping you out a new steering wheel today.Thank you,It shipped and they sent me the tracking information.

Bait and switch at its finest. Stay away. They had some new old stock parts listed as available. I sent an email and they quoted at $15, please call to purchase. Also a note on the email saying price could change depending on condition.So I called them and asked to order. I was quoted $11 on the phone with no disclaimers about price fluctuation or otherwise. I didn't think much about the price difference based on the initial email. Order was placed and my billing info and credit card were taken.Next day I received a phone call and said that the owner had now decided the price was $25 (125+% increase from agreed price). I objected saying that I was quoted $11 and also I have $15 in writing. Sales rep agreed to honor the $15 number if I could forward her the email, which I did. She called me back and said nope, its $25. Nothing like doubling down on terrible business decisions.Hate to break it to the "owner" but this is an illegal practice. Some call it bait and switch, some call it offer and acceptance, but either way a number was agreed upon and payment information given and accepted. This is a legally binding contract.Reading the reviews here, this seems to be a normal practice for them. One of their google review responses to the EXACT same issue 3 months ago "our policy now requires NOS parts to be pulled and inspected prior to pricing.". So obviously that's just lip service and they are continuing with the same shady practices.I would like Dennis Carpenter to fulfill my order at the agreed upon price, including ACTUAL shipping charges (which were discussed as well via phone.) At the end of the day, the dollar amount is negligible, but its the principle, business ethics and legality of the practice which is so concerning.

ordered a part once a few years ago and it fit like a glove BUT I've been emailing trying to buy more parts and their customer service is subpar. I asked 3 separate questions in an email this week and only had 2 of those questions answered after asking the same question(s) twice (in separate emails). Also, no backorder system... "Please check our website orphone for any updated information." I don't have time to babysit your website. Put me on a B/O list and send it to me when you get it. If I put it on B/O I obviously need it. Guess ill go back to LMC, their parts are of poorer quality but at least their customer support system is better.

Bought a set of fender trim molding for my 1996 F350. They are far from being close in size. Made in Twain, Dennis Carpenter should actually look at products they sell before ruining their name. Probably the last time I buy anything from them if this is the products they carry.
