I bought a total of 6 parts 5 were wrong and were described to me incorrectly had to pay to ship them back go through a bad return process just to ultimately never get the right part Dont start your search for old ford parts here unless you want to pay for return shipping with the wrong part

I recently ordered parts for my truck with the help of Tonya. Unaware to both of us was the fact that page 91 of the 2022 catalog has the custom and sport custom emblem flip flopped so you end up ordering the wrong emblem when you match them up. Since Tonya "DOESN'T" have a catalog on the other end is another story. So I called back to order the right part and see about returning the wrong one and talked to Crystal. She made Tonya look like miss congeniality 2024. How is these people representing your brand? I saw something in your catalog about the founder of your company making radio knobs in his basement if I'm correct. Would he be proud of this? On top of that was the fact that I had to pay the 9 dollars to mail the emblem back to you so I could get credit. It's only 9 dollars and I'll live but I just wish I had called a people friendly establishment. Best of luck in the future.

Have used Dennis Carpenter several times for parts/fasteners I need to restore a 52 Ford 3/4 ton HD. Their website ordering system is easy to use and I especially like the Project Plan function where you can set items aside that you will need at some point but don't want to actually put into your cart to buy just yet. Shipping has been reliable; overall pleased and would recommend.

A substantial markup on some parts, but they have a good inventory. Not open on Fridays. Great in a pinch but you will pay for it. Returns are strict but I get it. Parts guy I spoke to was very patronizing even though I understood what he was saying. Had he listened more than he spoke things would have gone smoother.
