When I walked in the door there was a gentleman (I assume the owner/manager) sitting in the first chair with his bare feet in another chair. Didn’t present well to me.
I came in specifically for a pedi that I needed right then. The other spots I frequent were booked or had a wait. It wasn’t the best pedicure, but considering my circumstance it was good enough.
I also think they automatically gave me a ‘deluxe’ manicure without giving me an option, $45. Like most nail shops in the area, I’m assuming they provide tiered cost options. If so, I was never asked which option I wanted.
I don’t think I’ll return even if under dire circumstance such as this one.

A group of us went into this salon. First thing I noticed was after touching the customers feet, without switching gloves or anything, they would dig into the lotion and scrub. Putting fungus or god knows what into the whole container. I watched them do it to all 3 of my friends. Secondly, they were suppose to just TRIM and file my nails to be even but instead she cut them so short that they're growing into my skin now. She used an electric file and opened skin on literally every toe. Yes, there is blood mixed into my polish on every single nail and one toe was even infected. Not to mention that multiple nails were as sharp as a needle on the sides and so uneven. I came home and had to file them myself.

Kim is the best! She’s not very friendly ? but she is really good at what she does. Mind this was a filling and you can’t even see it. She strives to do the best every time. The other people there are nice but not as good as she’s.

I love this place they are the sweetest people you will ever meet. I have been going there for years and they remember me and my family and they are so hospitable. I literally dread going to another nail salon because Deluxe has set the standards so high. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!!

This was one of the worst, if not the worst, pedicure experiences I have ever had!I called early in the day to ask if there happened to be an appt for the afternoon and to my surprise, the gentleman let me know there was one at the exact time my husband and I wanted to come.We don't do pedicures often but are going on vacation and wanted to pamper ourselves.We got there and it was clear they either didn't book an appt for us or the appt didn't matter.We got sat quickly and realized there would be one lady doing both of our toes. SO, she started on me first while my husband simply sat there soaking in the chair next to me.She was quick on everything and didn't even ask what kind of pedicure we wanted. About 10 - 15 mins in, I asked what our choices were and decided upon the one with the wax. She heated up the wax for way too long and I felt I was going to burn my skin off; it was so hot. I had to get my feet out quickly after she tried to soak my bagged feet in cold water. SO, she then opted to just move on. I asked if I could have the hot wax but not warmed up as much, so she put my feet back in the bag with the wax that wasn't hot any longer and literally left me sitting there in the wax the entire time she worked on my husband's feet. It would have been too much like right to get new wax, I guess!During this time other techs finished other people and not one time did someone come over to try to finish me up or even help. I then asked if she planned to take my feet out of the wax. She then left my husband sitting with lotion on his legs and proceeded to try to peel the wax off my feet. I had wax in multiple places and picked some off myself.Now comes the even more fun part...My polish would not dry. I am guessing because there was leftover wax still on my toes, who even knows. We tried several times until a man came over, who I assume was the owner and cleaned them up a bit and repainted them. Welp, the big toes ended up swirled somehow after sitting under the dryer. Then the original woman was tasked with cleaning them up.After being there 2 hours, they were dry but looked horrible, so I just opted to cut my losses. I didn't feel like asking them to re-do them would even help and they didn't seem to care about my time or experience. No apologies were made.OH, and they did finally get the lotion off my husband's feet.And one more thing, the hot towel they wrap around your legs...Well mine was cold.So much for self-care and relaxation. I will most likely need to go and have my nails repainted before we leave on vacation...What a waste.

I came here last minute on a whim with a few other girls. We loved our experience and the value for the money was great. It’s not close to my house, but I’d be willing to go out of my way to come back. The people who work here are kind and helps. Love my nails.

My nails were super natural. They were not the best nails I’ve gotten but the pricing is in alignment with the quality. I will return again, the staff was very friendly and helpful! This is an acrylic set with gel Polish in the color “bubble bath.”
