A glucose monitor was ordered March 17 and promised March 20. The monitor had no arrived by March 26. I can't even take my glucose levels.

Never had a problem here until recently. A lot of them are not friendly, no people skills at all. The young Hispanic male acts if he is being tortured to work there. A few of them need to learn how to speak to people. Not everyone is unaware of the meds they are taken

Pharmacy employees great. But understaffing makes for some long wait times and some times you can not reach them by phone. This busy location needs larger pharmacy with two or more pharmacists.

We recently got tested for covid at this location. We went through the drive-thru to do so. The employee walked us through each step of the process and she was really nice. I think they could use a few more employees tho because we waited in the drive-thru line for quite a while.

The place is a joke will not come back again. I guess they let anyone work with medicine . I take the same medicine every month and every month I go through some kind of B's never againI would not recommend going to any cvs around Concord n.c

Literally thee worst cvs I’ve ever dealt with in 4 states with multiple different locations and NEVER HAVE BEEN AS DISGUSTED AND DISCONTENT WITH THE SERVICE !!!

Tried to pick up prescription over my lunch hour today at drive through. just two vehicles on front of me.....25 minutes later had to give up waiting and go back to work. Very disapointing, even tried to call and get robo answering service

Where to even start.. how about make sure you have a few hours to kill in the store while you wait for a prescription that they claim is ready for pickup, then make sure you have another hour to wait in line to pick it up. What about the drive thru? There is one person running both drive lanes and the in store line so don't get your hopes up. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else

I've been waiting in line for 20 minutes. Other people have gotten out of line and now there are others behind me. a woman drives up into lean-to and gets helped next. I was told before that they know who has been waiting in line and for how long and everyone goes to the first Lane. As evidence as the people behind me. I complained and he said that that was policy. I will be moving my prescription from here and will never come here again the service is horrendous and they don't care that you've been waiting for 15 minutes or longer. so it's a free-for-all if there's a long line at Lane one just go to Lane two and you'll be bumped in front of everyone else.
