I wish I could give them negative five hundred! My nine month old was screaming because they can’t seem to get her medication filled due to the new policy for doctors to recertify with insurance. After the Pediatrician expeditiously sent the medication in to Popular Tent location they tell me when I get there it was sent to Pitt’s School Rd. Keep in mind the first communication happened at 10am and again at 6:40pm it’s still not filled. After explaining to Heather, CPht of the horrible experience she still makes me wait an additional 20 freaking minutes for my daughter antibiotics to help with her ear infection. Then you got the old lady filling medication so damn slow. I will be calling corporate since my concern doesn’t matter to the store.

This location never answers their phone - every time I call, I have waited 30 minutes before hanging up. The last time I called, someone answered after 30 minutes of listening to their repetitive hold music and hung up on me after I said hello.

Prescriptions take forever to fill. Most other places have them ready within 2 hours. I've gone there 6 hours later and still not ready. Don't even try calling. They never pick up and you'll be on hold for at least 30 minutes. Chances are you'll hang up like I did. They are just terrible!!!!

I would rate is ZERO stars! Terrible customer service. We went to pick up the prescription wasn’t ready. So we waited for twenty like they told us too. Then went through the line. Not ready. She said two minute and drive around and get back in line. 45 mins later. We were told 5 more mins. Not coming back

If I could give zero stars I would. It's by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to and it's that way consistently. I only go there because my work insurance is only covered there.My daughter went five days without her asthma inhaler because they were to backlog to Phil for refill. Then today I was on the phone. I'm home for a half hour then go up there and I'm told her phones don't even work. Then they tried to charge me $266 for my prescription that I was able to get at Publix for $36

This is the worst location.ever. Called multiple times today each time being placed on hold for st least 10 minutes before I hung up. One time, I was on hold 30 mins on my drive home from work. Went to the pharmacy for their to be line clear up the aisle. After another 30 mins I finally get to a counter. No customer service skills ever. I told her I her I had to change my insurance, add another script which I did at 7 am online but got no response and change my insurance. Well, she got my scripts, told me it would be another 30 told her o would pick that one up tomorrow. I then gave her my new insurance card. If looks could kill, I would not be writing this review. After staring at the screen another couple of minutes she asked for another card. I told her that I was told that was all I needed. She again just stared. Now I am livid. If you would have just answered the dam phone maybe I would have known what you needed. Then another person iat the next register interrupts me to tell me about my language. Words were exchanged and finally I just walked out with nothing or no resolve. Never had a problem with CVS on the other side of town. Now that I moved this is the closest one. Please don't make me drive 45 minutes just to get my meds and decent customer service.

Very disappointing. Had COVID vaccine scheduled for my family and get a text message the night before that they have been canceled and you have to reschedule. No explanation. Hit the reschedule button… "Welcome to CVS what would you like to do." Have to supposedly reenter all the information all the insurance information etc. again. Call the pharmacy never-ending loop. 20 minutes later no human ever picks up the phone. Not the first time calling CVS is frustrating ... No one ever picks up the phone. I can't say the pharmacist is good or bad because never get to speak to them. Their system though is horrible.

I called CVS about a refill. I waited on hold for more than 40 minutes until I drove to the store. While remaining on hold I walked back to the pharmacy to hear silence. No phones were ringing. This store turned the ringers off! This is the second time I have tried to be patient and wait. The last one was over 1 hour before I gave up. I have a photo of both instances. \nThis is unacceptable and I hope someone will require these stores to keep their ringer one and answer the phone.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. Sat on hold twice for 35 minute to talk to the pharmacy, I finally just gave up. I called back to ask the front to assist with connection, mid conversation they hung up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service. Management needs to step up and get this locations stuff together.

I placed an order for posters to be printed and when i was notified that they were ready i showed up and two were perfect but the other two were not printed correctly Chris and Jasmine were so kind and helpful when i pointed out the mistake and made sure to get the other two posters fixed within the hour. I was nervous about coming to this location because of the reviews regarding the pharmacy but Chris and Jasmine had amazing customer service and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy.Thank you!

It would be nice if you all could do away with the extensive receipts. I know that is where you offer a lot of your coupons. I'm currently looking at my receipt and there are six coupons attached. On a good day, I might use one of them! It would be the \"30% off your full-price purchase.\" I don't know how much money this would save CVS in receipt tape expenses but if it did, I'm sure that extra money could be used in other places within the company.

This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. I've been on hold for nearly 40 min, listening to an ungodly repetitive pop melody. The pharmacy really needs to get it together!
