The saving grace is the retail workers inside. They are always nice. The pharmacy is a different story. The last 3 times have been extremely poor. They are extremely rude and will walk away. One girl completely ignored me. The others were working and she just turned her back and stood there. She want talking to anyone and there was no line. I advise people to transfer their prescriptions elsewhere where you are actually valued.

This pharmacy should be shut down. I was denied my medications tonight after oral surgery today… this is the tenth or so time they cannot find my prescription, they are out, etc etc and the moment my doctor calls everything is magically cleared up?!! And don’t bother calling- Ive sat on hold for over an hour several times trying to make sure they have everything. It HAS to be illegal to behave like that after hours.
I switched to Publix a few months ago and have had ZERO of these issues. My dentist called it in today and I didn’t realize until after she had left for the day.

After multiple visits I've decided to write a review. The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. They make you feel as if you're an inconvenience to them. They yell out your personal information and are very slow. They also often close the pharmacy early. I will be changing pharmacies.

Pharmacy is way understaffed. Takes forever to get a rx filled and you better make sure they give you the correct amount.

This location is ridiculous & the customer service is even worse!!! This location is literally down the street from my house which is the only reason I stay going but between the attitudes of the employees, medicine never being ready, etc, I don't see how it stays open!! They're gonna catch someone on a VERY bad night who isn't gonna care. I was almost that person but next to me was my 8 year old daughter. I'm proud of how I handled myself but judging by all of these reviews, where is corporate to intervene?

Absolute WORST customer service in the pharmacy department. Never coming here again! The manager gave me nasty attitude and told me she would not fulfill my prescription because they close in 10 minutes and that I had to come back the next day after being on hold for 45 min and not getting an answer I show up because I need this prescription by today. I am told someone “ deleted the prescription and she told me it would not be ready tonight, mind you I am here at 7:45 she proceeds to snicker with coworkers and as I’m signing the release for my prescription she tells me to hurry up and just sign it that I don’t need to read it she said she is ready to go home. I was appalled ! The pharmacist then tells the manager to watch her tone and that she should not be behaving like this since she is a manager. She rolls her eyes and gives me my medication then yells at other customers “ WE ARE CLOSED “ at the time it was 7:58 . This is so unprofessional and needs to be stopped!

Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to went there yesterday they messed up my order. I was told that it would be ready today I went by there today it was still messed up. I asked them to fix it. The girl went and asked the pharmacist who was named Gordi a male. She came back to inform me that I needed to circle around the building and get back in line there were other customers waiting. Before it would be fixed. I had said that I was not going to do that seeing that. I’ve already spent 10 minutes already in line, waiting for the customer in front of me. The male pharmacist. Came over to the pick up window and a very foul attitude and said you are going to have to leave my drive-through. He stated if I don’t leave his drive Thur he is not filling my prescription. I said no I’m not leaving until it is fixed. . I was here yesterday and had a bad experience and it was supposed to be fixed. It is a medication that my husband needed for a serious condition that he has. I didn’t know a pharmacist can refuse medication, and I walked away without the medication . He did not fill that medication because of attitude. Instead of filling it because the patient needed it.He proceeded to call the Locust Police Department. He picked up the phone ignored me why I was asking for a store manager to fix this problem . He stated to the Locust police that I was refusing to get out of the drive Thur . All I wanted was my right prescription done the right way. I asked him three times for the store manager he stated that I could drive to the front of the store and walk in and get her she is at the front of the store.. CVS is my preferred pharmacy, but it will never be again. I proceeded to go in to talk to the store manager who is very sweet and nice. I would like to make sure the complaint goes to a higher position. No one should ever be spoken to or treated that way especially if you’re there to get medicine for condition that you need hope it is definitely taken care of because I’m going to put formal complaint on the pharmacist that told me he refused to fill my prescription. I didn’t think it was legal for a pharmacist to refuse prescription because he has a bad attitude about customer service.

I am a frequent customer and I must say this cvs has gotten terrible the last several months. Medicine is not ready when promised on the last several occasions. I had surgery today and no notification that meds are ready. Thankfully I have pain meds from the last procedure two weeks ago otherwise I would be in excruciating pain. I plan on going there tomorrow. Next day turn around is not feasible at all! 2-3 hours tops.

Last time for CVS! I wait in Iine for 10 mins told script not ready. Get back to my phone and have text it is ready. Go back in the store line is 12 people deep. 4 people in pharmacy. They can’t open another register??Done!!!!!

Came in today for a quick flu vaccine and the process was so quick and easy. There was no line, I checked in, got my shot, and left within 5 minutes of entering. The lady who helped me was also very nice and efficient and knowledgable, letting me know that a new vaccine for Covid was coming out soonish. A great visit, made getting a vaccine less of a errand.

I walked in for the first time and the lady not in uniform did not allow me to finish my name when asked. She didn’t provide effective customer service and I felt rushed. I wanted to get another prescription while there she informed I had to go to the consultation counter for assistance. She never asked me for my insurance information so wondering if there would have been a price difference. No assistance with HSA card so I just paid out of pocket due to very disturbing encounter with employee. Employee very insensitive and need customer service training.
