I hate that I’m having to figure out writing a review as my experiences at this CVS have been quite terrible, specifically the pharmacy. I see it’s not just me which makes me feel somewhat relieved. I tried to move pharmacies and it stinks because it’s then a 25 min drive vs 8 min, which made me switch back. What made me decide to switch in the first place was a very rude exchange where they told me to wait 15 min for my script to be filled, so I came back in 20 and she said ‘gah, you just left the line give us enough time! And I said ‘that’s fine can you be a bit nicer when you talk to me though?’ Then she called me rude then shut the window. So I had to come inside and get my prescription with 2 toddlers and approached the counter where they were all talking about me by name mind you and I approached the manager and said ‘that’s not what happened’ and the girl that was rude said I was lying. It was wild! so I switched but it was such a drive that I switched back and was like maybe it was just a bad day! it wasn’t just a bad day. They were rude again! They didn’t bill me correctly with correct insurance and I had been waiting in line through the drive through (I choose this bc of napping toddlers) and they told me to come in. I said I can’t I have sleeping children. And they said I would have to come back when they’re awake then. I said I don’t have time for that as I made time to do this now. They said ‘well we can’t help you then. So I paid and they rudely took the card. I asked if I could get refunded the difference when I had time to come back on and she said ‘no, bye.’ Haha! I guess I won’t be back unless I try to act as if it’s a comedy of errors/ some kind of farce. I’m surprised nothing has been done if this has gone on so long!

The pharmacy dept. is absolutely AWFUL. Rude! I have been saying for over a year that I was going to transfer my family's prescriptions and then I kept thinking it would get better. Maybe a bad day, and another bad day. Give them another chance. Nope. I am done! Nothing has changed in a year, maybe two. Whether in person, in the drive thru or over the phone (if you can get them on the phone) they are rude. Rude and disrespectful to me, my daughter and my parents. Recently in the middle of a conversation and the pharmacist just walked away. I would go anywhere but there. They are giving CVS a bad name.

The staff at this CVS is nothing but unprofessional except for a select few. After my experience today I came and read some review. This is clearly been ongoing problems, so I’m not sure why it has not been addressed by CVS and handled. Trying to pick up some cards with my kids this afternoon and the workers were sitting behind the registrar gossiping while three people were in line, their language quickly became very crude and explicit. Multiple cuss words, which is not only disrespectful for the customers waiting in line that have to hear it but also completely unacceptable considering the amount amount of young children in the store.

This pharmacy gives CVS a bad name. All of these young girls except 1 are rude, unprofessional and lacking in any customer service skills. I am moving my business to another pharmacy, Publix. Anyone reading this should do the same. We do not have to tolerate this behavior . C Kimrey

The girls that are in the pharmacy are rude and have terrible customer service. We are sick or our relatives are. Why treat us this way. There are plenty reviews of this. Where is management. Next I'm going to the press. The girl with glasses and tattoos is the worse.

Terrible people work in here and never at the front register. If you need to get photos get them at a different location. I walked in and nobody was at the counter and I grabbed my pictures myself and scanned them and left. Pathetic anybody
Could be up there stealing and walking out with anything the want at the front of the store because their staff are lazy and don’t care!

The saving grace is the retail workers inside. They are always nice. The pharmacy is a different story. The last 3 times have been extremely poor. They are extremely rude and will walk away. One girl completely ignored me. The others were working and she just turned her back and stood there. She want talking to anyone and there was no line. I advise people to transfer their prescriptions elsewhere where you are actually valued.

This pharmacy should be shut down. I was denied my medications tonight after oral surgery today… this is the tenth or so time they cannot find my prescription, they are out, etc etc and the moment my doctor calls everything is magically cleared up?!! And don’t bother calling- Ive sat on hold for over an hour several times trying to make sure they have everything. It HAS to be illegal to behave like that after hours.
I switched to Publix a few months ago and have had ZERO of these issues. My dentist called it in today and I didn’t realize until after she had left for the day.

After multiple visits I've decided to write a review. The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. They make you feel as if you're an inconvenience to them. They yell out your personal information and are very slow. They also often close the pharmacy early. I will be changing pharmacies.

Pharmacy is way understaffed. Takes forever to get a rx filled and you better make sure they give you the correct amount.

This location is ridiculous & the customer service is even worse!!! This location is literally down the street from my house which is the only reason I stay going but between the attitudes of the employees, medicine never being ready, etc, I don't see how it stays open!! They're gonna catch someone on a VERY bad night who isn't gonna care. I was almost that person but next to me was my 8 year old daughter. I'm proud of how I handled myself but judging by all of these reviews, where is corporate to intervene?
