I moved and wanted to transfer a subscription waiting for me at one CVS to another CVS. I called the CVS where the subscription was waiting, and she said, "We're all connected. Just call the one you want it sent to." I wonder, if they're all connected, why can't you just sent it to them. But, I called the new location. After working through the endless questions, I was on hold with the pharmacy, until I got disconnected on the 6th minute. I called back, and this time waited for 12 minutes before giving up. Maybe you would wait longer, but I wouldn't. Moving a subscription from one pharmacy to another seems common, and not something that should, in total, take over 30 minutes. I'm just going to move my business to Walgreens.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!! Do not go to this pharmacy, they NEVER answer their phones & the blonde pharmacist with glasses (she dyed her hair black after getting a bunch of bad reviews) is beyond rude and shouldn't be working in the medical field if you're going to be rude and negligent to your customers. I WILL be contacting whoever owns that store because i doubt he/she is aware just how lazy the pharmacy staff is. Back to the phones, they NEVER answer their phones, I will be left on hold for hours & have to hang up because i can't wait all day, just yesterday my fiancé's oncologist was waiting on the phone for OVER 45 MINUETS!!! She even called twice and didn't get any answer or call back..Do not waste your time going here..worst cvs in concord.. period.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with at a pharmacy. The blonde haired pharmacist with glasses was very rude and unprofessional.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a CVS. Floor was dirty with pieces of trash everywhere. Employees at front did not even acknowledge me until I engaged them, and were EXTREMELY unfriendly. It seems that they just don't care here and I would try somewhere else.

I'll start with this- I understand that this is a strange time and the roles assumed by the mentioned employees were at one point abnormal, but it's been well over a year and these folks know what they've signed up for and know the job that they're supposed to be doing.I went here for My 10:15 a.m. COVID-19 Pfizer booster shot and I was a couple minutes late(10:19), I called at 10:05 to let them know I was running late and was still holding when I arrived- this didn't seem to matter because she was still working with what I assume was the 10:00 appointment... So while I waited I got to listen to a pharmacy tech complain out loud to her coworkers about how the prescriptions were organized- then the vaccine nurse finished with her "patient"(?) and disappeared for 10 minutes. Meanwhile some willy nilly lady and her 2 kids come strolling in, check in for 1 kids 10:30 appt and proceed to meander right over to the vaccination area (where myself and others were waiting to be called to) and sit down. The vaccination nurse comes out and just ignored the fact that these people have skipped to the front- I held my tongue, but when she then let the 2nd kid schedule and get a shot at the same time and delay my turn even further- I decided to leave, but the same vaccination nurse that can't handle the schedule had filled out my vaccination card already, WITHOUT HAVING GOTTEN THE SHOT YET. At this point I'm angry and the pharmacy techs noticed and offered to get me a new card, and they did. I left and here I am. The pharmacy was not busy yet was a disaster. There were vocal complaints between employees well within the audible range of customers. I never saw anyone answer the phone as it repeatedly altered that there were 5 calls in queue. The vaccination nurse and select pharm techs lacked customer service disciplines.
