Got a phone from this location in Concord the stuff very helpful that lady was very nice she show me my phone options and finally got the cell phone I need it Gladys was very acknowledge I will definitely come back to this store and will recommend her

Extremely disappointed in my experience at this store. I've been here previously with no issues but this time was completely different. I purchased a phone and didn't realize until I get home that the receipt is blank (it was conveniently folded and placed inside the bag). I have no clue what I was charged for or if what I was charged was even correct. I call and am told that yeah she knew she'd been having problems with the printer but didn't bother to check the 3 foot long receipt before folding it or advise me of the issue. I ask if I can be emailed or texted a copy of the receipt. She says she can't and that someone should be in the next day to fix the printer, but she's not 100% sure on that, as someone was supposed to have been fixed it. I go back the next day for the receipt and she says someone should be in a 4pm, I got there before 11am. I shouldn't have to come back a 3rd time. After an hour of discussion with the employee and the owner I'm issued a refund. The initial refund was $50 less than what I paid and she didn't know why there was a difference. The employee kept saying she didn't do it on purpose for whatever reason, but all I wanted was a receipt as verification of my purchase, to ensure it was correct, and/or if I had any issues. The employee was nasty and told me to never return to the store. She also refused to provide me with the owner's name, telling me to figure it out, but once I started recording on my other phone, she provided me with his name.

I came here to pay my phone bill with cash for my 2nd month of service and to dispute unauthorized charges because I accidentally used the Cricket weather app. I've been standing here very patiently for over 2 hours. There were 2 workers behind the counter, but one of them left right when I got in the store. That seemed to make it take much longer. I would've paid during a week day, but I just got off of vacation, and I have to pay today to avoid extra costs, so I'm not walking out. It took her over an hour or two to get problems with account setup done for the customer prior to me. I was the only white person in there. They definitely seem to favor Hispanic customers, just to let y'all know. Sometimes when they spoke in Spanish it almost seemed a bit rude, especially when at least once I intuitively knew they were probably talking about me. I believe I will have spent over 3 hours before I'm serviced and perhaps may still be in the store until after closing time. At one point the employee told me I could have a seat, but said it in Spanish once or twice before saying it to me in English(maybe my face mask disguised my appearance some). I wouldn't be so disappointed with my experience if it wasn't for the Cricket Employee servicing more than one customer before me while I was patiently waiting there 6 ft from the counter.
