I have had multiple problems with this company sending me chargers that will break within a months use. This is the third charger I will be receiving from this company because the chargers do not last. I have also had issues with the customer service. Every time I call down there I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone and even with emailing, I cannot get responses back from the employees. Once I sent an email complaining, I got a response back within an hour from an employee apologizing and trying to "resolve the issue". It amazes me that I can get a response within an hour once I sent a complaint but have to wait over a week to get a response on whether I will be receiving a new charger or not. I really had hope with this company because a good friend of mine recommended them to me but I will not be doing business with them again.

After reading and researching I chose to purchase a refurbished Mac laptop from this seller. I returned the item several days later after choosing to go another route. Never used the item. Simply opened it to confirm it was in the box, inspected it and ensured no damage was done. Resealed and sent back. Contact was made after not hearing any follow up regarding the item being received and my refund being processed. While communication was relatively prompt, it was sketchy. First they referenced a phone and cited warranty issues. (It was a computer not a phone). I responded back correcting them on the item in question. They responded back with essentially the same message, claiming damage and stating that due to it not being under warranty they could not replace the item. I was not requesting a replacement, so I again responded with the correct information. They only responded by sending me pictures of a computer that was damaged. I responded with my own pictures and again questioned the validity of this claim and again stated the item had not been returned to me as they have continued to claim. I cannot seem to resolve this issue with this company and it is frustrating because I cannot seem to make sense of their messages.

I've drove past this place many times and never knew anyone could just walk in and buy an awesome refurbished computer. The Dell Precision laptop I purchased was about 1/4th the cost of a new one and it works flawlessly.

CARING AND HELPFUL I sent an email to their customer service and within a day received a call from a rep. They patiently went through my questions and addressed all my issues which were minor. They invited me to notify them if I had any further needs. I am delighted with the device I bought and their service. Primo!!

Ought as a gift iwas so embarrassed when my son couldn't even open Gmail this huge epiece of poo laptop. When I advised this company 5hey said sorry you are past the 30 day return return window. I even bought the warranty I'll l try that route now.. they will not stand by their products you can tell its not been more than powered on . Beware of purchasing anything fromthis company.. the clock starts the moment you buy. Not when it was received.. just wrong all the way around buyer Beware.

Bought a referbrished laptop from them back in August 2021. By December 2021 it had already stopped working. Just recently brought it to a repair shop and was told the motherboard shorted out. So basically I spent 350 dollars on a laptop that lasted 3 months. Not even worth repairing since it will cost 200 dollars for a new motherboard. Will never do business with this company again and I suggest you stay clear of buying laptops from them.

Decent experience. Great working computer. Only issue was that I had to notify the company that the purchase date on my invoice was incorrect. By nearly two weeks. They sent me another copy with an updated date. Be sure to check the dates in your invoices to make sure you get all of your one year warranty.
