One thing that stood out was CCC sense of urgency around reaching the lost and sharing the gospel, and serving the surrounding community. Additionally, while I prefer expository preaching, I've thoroughly benefitted from CCCs biblical preaching. Love the kids program too. Church is large enough to accommodate different needs of the church, while not lacking volunteers. We wish it was closer to us, but regardless we love this church body. They love Jesus and heavily promote loving each other.

After visiting about 7 different churches in the area that were recommended, we decided to make Connect our church home! We love that it’s a come as you are type of feel. We wanted something REAL. Good teaching straight from the Bible, Diverse in people, dress up or dress down, small groups, opportunities to get plugged into the community etc. We found other churches that had very good preaching but it was too large, not diverse or no community feel. We love that Connect focuses on ‘Connecting’ people to each other within the church and with many opportunities to serve & get involved in the community. Of course anytime you are new to a church it’s going to feel awkward the first few months but we are so glad we have so many friends here now and our kids love it too

My family found Connect Christian Church through a neighbor's invitation. We absolutely love the "come as you are" atmosphere! My children look forward to Sunday's children programming all week! I look forward to refueling my tank, Sunday morning worship is the best! Pastor Jesse always has welcoming words, Pastor Derek rocks the stage, Pastor James inspires me and Pastor Rob keeps the Youth plugged into God's word. Well done Connect Christian Church!

We love this church! We send our girls here for preschool, an excellent program, and we also benefit greatly from the teachings during service. If you are looking for a hometown church with a contemporary feel without losing sight of The Gospel, this is a great community to call home!

Went downhill after Eric left. A family member who lived with us was dying from stage 4 cancer in 2019 and we asked them to come visit her or at least pray for us and pray over her and we got a response that they wouldn’t. Didn’t hear anything or even “I’m sorry for your loss” when she died. Very sad after we had been there and volunteered for 3 years.

We love this Church! This is a 'Come as you are' church family. Of course, as in any church, you will see people of all ages sporting many different wardrobe styles, and Connect welcomes that! I spoke to a woman one time and she told me that she doesn't attend Church Services any more. I asked her why, and with moist eyes, she told me it was because she had nothing nice to wear anymore. Right away I reminded her of the old woman in Luke 21:2-4. Jesus told the Pharisees that the poor old woman, who had nothing, will get into Heaven before they will because she gave all she had to the Kingdom. Jesus didn't speak on the rags she was wearing.We all need to learn that GOD only sees what's in our hearts - not our skin color, not our money, and definitely not what we wear to Church! My mom, Elliott and I went to Connect Christian Church in Concord once in every 8 to 9 weeks. This is a good church. When my mom and Elliott comes up to North Carolina to come up to see me once in every two months we go to Connect Christian Church in Concord. My mom and Elliott should rent a hotel room in Concord or Kannapolis. Now I live in Albemarle and my mom and Elliott now lives in Florida. My mom and Elliott lives in Winter Springs which is in Seminole County. The apartment in Winter Springs has 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and the size apartment is 580 sq ft that is a small apartment. my mom and Elliott are moving to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house some time before 2019.

I contacted them to see if they could pick me up for services as I can not drive because of seizures. The email I received back was that 'they don't do that sort of thing'. I was so stunned. I couldn't believe someone would say that to another human being. I fear that you must fit their mold or suit and have their approval before you can worship with them. It saddens my heart so. I would rather spend the Lord's day in downtown Concord sitting on the sidewalks and dirt with the homeless than be a part of the "holier than thou" people any day.New To Concord, Thanks For The Welcome!
